Great upgrade

I had the previous model w/o the Latch system. So glad this one has it! But even if it didn't, just like the last one, works really well w/ compatible Graco infant carriers

I have one in my car and this one we bought in my husbands car it’s Awesome so much easier then having to take mine out every time. Easy to install and it’s just like the main one in my car.

Must have for 2 vehicle parents!

This is the perfect addition to the car seat I purchased. I wanted my daughter to be able to have this extra one to put in her husbands car so they wouldn't have to constantly be moving the base. For the price it will save them from having to worry about who has the base in their car and having to constantly be moving it. I suggest getting an extra base for anyone who will be using 2 vehicles to transport their baby. Well worth the price!

Best idea for a two car family.

Bought this to make it easier for the baby car seat to go into a second car. Gave this with the car seat to grandson and wife to accommodate both of their cars. Very well received by them. Gave other parents in their group the idea instead of removing the whole cars seat and base every time one of them wants to take baby. Would definitely recommend this.

Perfect!

Needed a second base for my grandsons carseat to avoid moving the bar from car to car. This worked out just perfect! Couldn't be easier to install. Love it!

This car seat does not move.

I love that it has a grey latch thing that punches the seat belt. It’s hard to explain but before you install the car seat you lift up this grey lever thing, bring the seatbelt through the appropriate slots, latch the seatbelt, tighten the belt and then push the grey thing down over the seatbelt. It’s pretty hard to push down but once you get it that car seat DOES NOT MOVE when you try wiggling! And it’s easy to uninstall the car seat.

Worth the extra $

Does what I need it to. Latch on this is super easy to install. No more fighting with it for hours to take out and reinstall like I felt like I had to do with older / cheaper graco models. Worth the extra $$!

Much easier than one that came with car seat

The base that came with our car seat was incredibly difficult to remove from the car. I wasn't able to do it, and had to enlist my husband each time. In short the button you push to loosen the strap gets caught under the base and is practically impossible to push down. You have to use all your body weight. Trust me I watched lots of YouTube videos to see if there was s simpler way. Finally even my husband couldn't get the base out of his car, and resorted to cutting the strap after 45 minutes of fighting it. We took a gamble on this base hoping it would be a little different and fortunately it is. We are so happy with this base both of us can get it in and out much easier. It feels just as safe and can still tighten just as tight.

It is identical to the one that came with the carseat. It works perfectly and was a great purchase for a secondary car. The money was well worth the hassle of moving from each car. Very sturdy. Fits on our graco snugride snugfit 35.

Takes the hassle out of switching bases!

Perfect second base for my grandson's carrier. This one stays at our house alleviating the hassle of moving bases. Orginal manufacturer, 100% compatibility and safety. Picked it up from Amazon Warehouse as an open box and saved some money, perfect condition with a date of manufacture April '18.
