Leery but Amazed
I was really leery when I purchased this high chair. I read several reviews of people stating that this chair was not suitable for younger babies aka supported sitters. When I got the chair I understood what they are talking about. The back of the seat is tilted back a little and not in a straight up position. You cannot adjust this! However, through some trial and error (haha) I found that by simply putting two baby receiving blankets behind my supported sitter would fix this problem (or any soft material that can be rolled up and used to support precious baby back). I did this method every time my baby girl needed her solid's until she could sit fully on her own. Now she is sitting perfectly in the chair with no issues. Messes do clean easily off of the material! As with anything don't let the food or juice soak and dry into the material. I just use a washcloth with some hot soapy water to wipe away the mess. I really recommend this high chair. If you're like me have no room for a big bulky high chair among the hundred other baby items!

My son and I are both happy with this chair.
Being this is only going to be used for a brief time, I couldn't justify spending a lot and this is better than I expected. I waited till my son could sit up on his own before getting this,I'd suggest the same. He's 6 months old now and will have plenty of time with this before he out grows it. Easy assembly ... 4 screws to attach the 4 stabilizers to the corners of the bottom legs.

Already put together! Small!
I bought two of these chairs for my twins and they're PERFECT. It's a GREAT price and it came ALREADY PUT TOGETHER. I literally had to put the triangle things on the feet and it just folded out ready to go! I love how easy they are to clean and how SMALL they are. With twins we really need to utilize our space as best we can and high chairs are so large and bulky...but these are SO small compared to other chairs. They are definitely for older babies. We started sitting ours in at 7 months and they were still kind of "floppy" (being born a month early probably only a normal child developmental level of 6 months). You can't lean it back like you can with some high chairs but that's FINE with us. Our boys are now 8 months and it works GREAT. They love them. We love them. Pros - Small and compact - Already mostly put together - Easy to clean - Easy to fold up and store out of the way (folds DOWN to like half the size AND flatish) - Belt available for smaller babies - Fun Design Con - Doesn't lean back for babies who can't sit up well (but if your baby can't really sit up well....will you really be utilizing a high chair?) LOVE THIS! I recommend to ANYONE reading this.

This has been an excellent compact high chair
This has been an excellent compact high chair. Although it is cheaper it is well made. The only thing that I did not find helpful was that it does not come with a shoulder belt. There is only a lap belt. In saying this if you are sitting with your child at all times feeding them it should never be an issue. If you intend on walking away even for a moment you're going to want to think twice. For an older child it's not so much of a problem and it is giving us no trouble at all since we are always right there during the feeding process. Well made though and we are happy with the purchase

Figured how to take off the cover!!
For the most part this is the best high chair!! It's easy to fold up so it's out of the way, to take with us when we travel, or just going to the grandparents. As far as cleaning, wiping it is always easy, but if you're like me and want an better clean (ie: throw it in the washer), you're gonna need to get your tools out! I finally figured how and here's how!! I have model HC216DFK with the blue and green elephants on it. The seat is made of a particle board so you have to be willing to cut that out (and then sew or duct tape back in). There are screws on the bottom of the arms that keep the cover in place and on the bar in front. The buckle was a bit of a pain to get off underneath but we did it. I was able to get mine off and throw it in the washer after DD had an accident (yay for potty training!😫) Good luck.

I don’t think it is a great chair for everyday usage
I gave 5 stars because this high chair definitely serves the purpose and more. I don’t think it is a great chair for everyday usage, but ideal for occasional uses. I bought it for my granddaughter who popped in about once per week and she loves it. The back doesn’t recline, but my grand- baby is 9 months and it does not bother her; sometimes she sits up straight and other times she leans back. I love the fact that the tray can remove and position to fit the baby needs. I also, love the portability of the chair, because it can fold smaller. The metal and material look flimsy, when the chair is set up it is very sturdy; it did not move or tilt over when my grand-baby, twisted and turned in it. The plastic pieces (feet) must be secure on the legs. There are screws that purpose. The waist strap was a little difficult at first to unlock, but I figured it out. I use baby wipes to clean any spill. So far this chair works for me and my grand-baby!

Super convenient to store!
We got this in a pinch so that our 9-month-old grandson could sit at the table during the holiday festivities. It was here in two days and fully assembled in 10 minutes. The foot rest and stability feet were the only parts to be added! The chair is sturdy and he was very secure and comfortable. He loved sitting there at the table independent of us! When we were done, the clean up was easy. I have read some criticism of the clean up on here, but as long as you wipe up the chair a few minutes after the feeding I don't foresee a problem. The storage is amazingly compact, so much less awkward to take to a restaurant or family event than the clip-on kind! It folds down in half! Fits in the smallest car truck, closet or cupboard without any trouble! Great value for the low price!

Best baby product I've purchased!
This is my new favorite baby product. I recommend this to everyone. It folds up soooo small and stands up on its own. I can take it to visit family (they live 4 1/2 hours away so we usually have to take a bunch of stuff with us). We also have friends over all the time so having an extra high chair that doesn't take up a bunch of space when it's not being used is huge! It is well made and durable, but still light weight so you don't throw your back out trying to fold and unfold it. Oh, and it's SUPER easy to fold/unfold. Seriously cannot say enough great things about this product!!! If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

Sturdy and simple
Exactly what I needed! Just a simple cute highchair that doesn't take up a lot of room, and stores away. The fact that it stands up by itself when folded is also really nice. The tray is a nice large size, with a large cupholder for bulky sippy cups. Tray slides off easily for washing. There is a slight recline to the chair, but not bad at all. My daughter can still sit up and reach all corners of the tray easily. It's nice that she can relax a bit when she starts to get full. Also easy assembly, just screw on the 4 corners for the legs and snap on the footrest and tray.

Really good chair for the $$$$
I almost didn't buy this because of the reviews about how the back leans too much. I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews. This is a really good high chair for the price. It does lean back but my 6 month old has no trouble sitting up in this chair. As for those who said their baby fell out, I don't see how. It has a belt that goes around the waist and between the legs.
