I ate at Olive garden, and didn't want to die

I bought this on the suggestion of my GI specialist from a prestigious university hospital. He said it doesn't always help, but it can't hurt to help. I've managed to eat pizza and at Olive garden with no discomfort or negative effect - and anyone with IBS will understand the significance of that as a review.

AMAZING for IBS pain/urgency/D

I have had IBS for years, with severe pain that was a bad as a kidney stone (if you've ever had one, you know it's horrific pain). I saw the reviews and truly hoped this would work, but was skeptical because of the severity of the pain. Within 2 HOURS of taking the first dose, I had a 90% reduction in ALL symptoms, pain included! After two days (six pills per day), ALL of my IBS symptoms are gone. I am completely amazed!! These little green pills are MY PRECIOUS now, lol! I feel like I could leave my house with NO FEAR of having to worry about where the nearest restroom is. I cannot believe how well these work!! If you have IBS and have not tried these, you absolutely should!! I have been on narcotics that didn't take away my IBS pain - these do! I don't even have words for how grateful I am!!!

My IBS is very bad . I do not currently take a prescription for it. This product really helps minimize symptoms when I take it with foods that bother me.

Changed my life

These are amazing! My gastrointestinal Doc recommended I take daily after couple rounds of Xifaxin & antibiotics that would only buy me 3-6 months of relative stomach pain relief. I was using natural peppermint & fennel pills before this & while they helped, they did not work as well as this product . This has worked really well is for my SIBO. I also give to my 10 yr old son when his tummy hurts & he says it helps.

Works on my husband’s digestive issues

Every several months, my husband goes through a 3-4 day bout of stomach issues, bloating, sour stomach, etc. A friend suggested that he try this. He began using it during an especially difficult stomach bout. So far, so good. He takes two tablets one half hour after breakfast and dinner (we eat two meals daily). The only downside is that it is pretty expensive.

Worked on first day and keeps getting better.

Wow. Went to two different specialists and tried multiple prescriptions and OTC medications... Finally found something that works. It stopped my morning urgency/loose bowels immediately, and it’s now working on my indigestion as well. I only take one dose in the morning the moment I wake up, with just enough water to swallow them. Then doze and wait for about 30 mins, and I’m good to go. Sometimes I feel a little warmth in my stomach from the peppermint, but it goes away fast. I tried another version of these, with peppermint oil in an enteric capsule, and they gave me the most wretched reflux and peppermint burps all day. With these, I can even drink coffee on an empty stomach now, no pain and no reflux. If my symptoms come back, I will add another dose later in the day. So far, not needed. These will be with me for a long time.

Lifesaver for IBS-D!!!

My doctor had given me a couple samples a few years back and I was reluctant to try them. I am already on medication for IBS and the medication doesn't always help so I was tired of trying a bunch of samples. I really wish I would have given these a try those few years ago! My every day is centered around my IBS and I absolutely hate it. I don't dare eat or drink anything unless I know there is a bathroom around. After taking these each morning, I have noticed a night a day difference!! I cannot believe how normal by days have become and I am so glad I am taking these now. I used to live on Imodium and since I have been taking one pill in the morning, I haven't had the need for the Imodium. I am not a fan of peppermint anything but you honestly can't taste it...thank goodness. The box says to take them at least twice a day but I haven't needed to. Just taking the one in the morning has made such a difference. I usually never write reviews on these kinds of things but if it will help someone else with IBS-D, then it is well worth it.

Really helps IBS-C symptoms!!

I have IBS-C and after trying literally almost every product you can possibly try for constipation, bloating, stomach cramping, etc. This is one of the only products I found really helps and doesn't make me have to run to the toilet every 30 mins like some of the other medications on the market. I take two at the beginning of the day and if I am having stomach issues later in the day I will take two additional, but usually I only take the two in the morning!

Glad I found out about it!!

I have had IBS for well over a decade and mine is stress induced and I flip between IBS-D & IBS-C. I'm so glad I found out about this stuff, because I can't eat without it. I get horrible abdominal pain and gas after my food starts to digest and before taking it. I will typically wait days at a time to eat. But as long as I take it 30-90 minutes before eating I'm fine. This is amazing and I recommend this to any IBS sufferers.

20 year IBS sufferer

Day two and WOW! What a turn around! I have IBS and can’t leave the house some days and if I do, I go to a familiar grocery store or store that I know and know where the bathrooms are because it can hit at anytime. With IBS - WHEN YOU GOTTA GO? YA GOTTA GO NOW! I took the first dose yesterday when I received my package. I’ve been suffering from IBS for about 20 years. The last few months have been awful. Yesterday was a bad tummy day too. I was expecting to be woken up last night with terrible cramping. I had just a little discomfort and normal BM’s today. I’m guessing the frequency will get better? At least the pain level has gone down a ton and I feel like I’m not giving birth. I’m taking a probiotic as well and changing my diet again. But, this product was amazing and worked quick. Highly recommend and worth a try for us sufferers. I hope to get my life back.
