Worked great on a poly tank

This was just what I needed. Worked great on a poly tank. Did not crack the tank like some warned me it might. All is well.

Cut well on my intake

Had damaged thread on a heater hose port and re-drilled it and threaded it to 3/4" and installed a reducer bushing. Saved me from buying another intake.

Easy to use and works great.

Ordered the 3/8" tap set to put fittings on an access port to a fuel tank I'm building. I bought the set because it had a drill bit along with the tap. Because of the 1/2" shank, I upgraded to a new cordless drill. Drill bit went through the aluminum plate easily. The only trouble I had was keeping the tap straight to cut the threads, but that's on me, not the tool. It cut the threads nicely and the fittings had no trouble in the tapped hole.

Nice product for the money will last a long time if taken care of properly. Worth the money just on doing one job for intake manifold fitting on GM. Time saver and proffesional looking job when done.

Nice kit

Got the 1/2 npt. Had to tap 3/4 thick plain steel. Putting 1/2 threads where 3/8 used to be. The tap went in really smoothly and bit in the hole the first turn.

Everything was perfect! I never had a tap go in as smooth. I was seriously wondering if it was actually grabbing and not just sliding in the hole. Easiest EGR probe install ever.

Worked Great !

Arrived on time, item performed well. Had to open a 1/8NPT to 3/8NPT. The aluminum was very soft, so I used some kerosene and it cut the threads perfectly. I will buy from this seller again.
