ordered on Friday and it was delivered today. I had my eye on this for some time now and had it on my wish list. OMG... awesome awesome awesome! This is like a landing strip for my sewing! I am self employed as an independent contractor and own many pieces of industrial equipment. There is just so much that I can do to get adequate lighting at the sewing surface --took literally less than 5 minutes to install -- only concern is now I have no more excuses for inferior quality in my sewing! (not that there ever is...my work is never less than 100% quality). can't praise this work enough! well worth the $$... I will be gifting this to my employees for Christmas!

I am surprised & delighted with my new Razon sewing machine LED light. I had bought another, cheaper such light--but when I learned that the Razon has a dimming feature, I immediately ordered it before installing the other one. My 25-year-old beloved Bernina sewing machine light was beyond repair, so I had begun to search out new lighting options. I rather think that the Razon gives me more light than the original sewing machine light. I followed the usage instructions & had no trouble attaching it to my Bernina 1000. Below is a photo from the back of how it's attached; the handy on/off/dimmer switch is on the side, not visible here. If only the LED light lasts, I shall consider it a grand product for not much investment!

The lighting that came with my sewing machine is nearly useless, it's so bad. After getting my new lighting system from Razon attached to my machine, the difference is like night and day. I free motion quilt all my quilts, so good lighting is essential. Now that my Razon system is installed, I have no problem seeing where stitches are, especially toward the back of the field of vision, which is necessary to make sure my stitches don't run into each other. What is especially helpful is that unlike some other products, the lighting strip is encased in a smooth covering that prevents snagging, which is important when one is pushing a bulky quilt with batting through the throat of the machine. I have a BabyLock Lady Elizabeth and the system fits perfectly. I love the dimmer capability too. The longer cord was VERY useful. I cleaned my machine with alcohol to make sure the sticky tape would have a good surface to adhere to. It seems very secure. The lighting is great, and doesn't blind me, as another product I used previously did. It was easy and quick to install, works perfectly, and the white components blend with my white machine and looks like it was original factory parts. Delivery was super fast with Prime. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a good source of extra lighting for their machine.

My dependable Elna, circa 1969, is going strong. However, my aging eyes need more light for sewing, so I purchased the Razon Sewing Machine LED Light. The cord was not long enough for my setup, so I included this USB cable in my Amazon order - C2G / Cables To Go 19003 1m USB 2.0 A Male to A Female Extension Cable - White (3.3ft). The additional 3.3 feet gives me the length I need to reach the electrical outlet. I deliberately choose the Razon LED light because it has a USB connection. The USB extension cable is lighter than an electrical extension cord and it is also less expensive. Plus, it’s difficult to find a short, white electrical extension cord. The installation of the LED strip itself was straight forward. I tried various locations using blue painter’s tape before completing the final placement. It’s important to temporarily position the LED strip and make sure you don’t find yourself staring directly at the LEDs. Securing the cord between the LED strip and the On/Off switch required a bit more trial and error. Only two clips were included in the package. Four clips should be included, at a minimum, because you need to secure both the cord and the On/Off switch. For the switch, I used two 3M command clips that I already had, but they are bigger than the included clips which I prefer. I’ve posted 3 photos that show the finished project from the back of my Elna. I am pleased with the installed Razon LED light and cords. The additional light is very bright and functional. The LEDs are a pure blue-white in color. The difference is very apparent when I turn on the original light which is yellowish in color. In summary, I am very satisfied with the product. The On/Off switch works very well. I probably won’t use the dimming feature, but it also works well and is fun to watch. I hope the product proves to be durable and I foresee no reason why it shouldn’t be. I would definitely purchase this product again. P.S. Sorry but I can't get the photos to post right side up. I flipped them and reposted but they're still showing up incorrectly.

I am a new quilter who has fallen in love with free motion quilting. Problem on my home machine is that the machine light throws shadows and I can't see where my stitching is going, or where the fine stitches are. My teacher has a light on her machine, but it flops around and isn't in the right place, although better than nothing. I checked on line and chose the stickable LED lights. Voila, they work. I was a little distressed at first because there were too many lights for my machine and they were too long, didn't hang right, etc. But, I actually emailed the manufacturer and got a nearly immediate response. He told me to cut the excess lights, which I did, and now they work fine. The extra clips keep the light cord out of the way. The on/off switch is actually also a dimmer! Isn't technology great.

Fantastic product! I just bought a new Juki 2010q which is a fantastic machine.... with a ridiculous light! The tiny light throws shadows onto the work area and in general was under powered. I bought this product and I can't say enough great things. The adhesive seems strong (only have had it for 2 or 3 weeks) and the little clips that come so you can place the power button and wires are really great! The difference in lighting is literally night and day.

I ordered two sets of this light strip, one for my new Janome/New Home treadle sewing machine because it has no light (of course) and an extra for my electric machine because I need all the light I can get! These strips are much brighter than the little bulb that came with the electric machine and being on a strip, the lighting is much more evenly distributed across the bed of the machines. They are also dimmable, in increments, to get just the right amount of light without being blindingly white. I love them so much I am writing a review, which I very rarely do. I've also spread the word to local and Instagram crafting friends because we share such things ;) Fabulous product.

I'm really pleased with the Razon LED sewing light. What a difference it makes to see where I am stitching without straining. I highly recommend it and I believe it is well worth the money...plus the shipping was free. I intend to purchase another Razon LED for my other machine now that I've tried it and it was so easy to install. It is my understanding that future packaging will come with 4 clips instead of two, to help keep the cord up and out of the way. The dimmer, on/off switch is so convenient...really glad I purchased this brand. BTW the 6 ft electrical cord was plenty for me...but then I do have a socket near by. If you don't you'll want to have an extension cord handy. Happy sewing everyone!

These were shipped very quickly. I've had them on my sewing machine about a week and they really make a difference. Much easier to see and I don't have to squint to thread the needle. I cut just enough to put all the way across the inside top of the machine. I did not put them down the rest of the arm as they were too bright and if I dimmed them they were not bright enough over the needle. Their position now is perfect. I am hoping they stay in place and last. Time will tell.

I purchase this lighting for my sewing machine to see if it would help me to see a little better, especially at night. First a little history for the reason I bought the lights. I am 60, and two years ago, I had a retina tear in my left eye. It's repaired, but my vision is a little distorted and wavy, like heat rising from a hot road. I sew and quilt, and was horrified that I would be unable to do what I love. My machine is a Janome 6600, and I purchased several feet to help me to guide my vision where I need it. But, I needed a good light that was right above my deck on my machine. These lights fill the void of light without shadowing like my Ottlite does working over something. It dims at the touch of the tab, it comes with two tabs that hold your cord out of the way. I highly recommend this lighting to vision impaired or low vision quilters, seamstress, or crafters. Way to go Razon. Thank you for your products.
