Works grrat

This downlight is a 830 lumen/75 watt replacement which is perfect amount of light for fixtures on 8' ceilings. I tried 1100 lumen/120 watt replacement downlights and they were too bright, is was glaring in the eyes. For 9' ceilings, lights equal to 120 watts is ok, but much powerful for 8' ceilings and causes glare. I like the 3000k temperature. Initially I was looking for 3500k but could only find individual downlights that were double the price of one of these lights. So I ordered one set of 12 of these lights which are 3000k and the color turned out to be perfect, it's not yellow, it's white, but a nice warm white. I think the color of 3500k lights would be too cool for me. They were easy to install. I mainly have spotlights throughout my entire house because I think they are the best fixtures for 8' cielings. I will replace all my 2700k/650 lumen downlights with these. The difference in color and brightness is amazing.

Very Glad we Switched to LED - Easy to Install, Nice Finish

Very nice light for kitchen use - very easy to install, just plug into socket, click chord end into light fixture and hook light rods into old fixture slots. Pushes right in. Nice sleek look and much nice than the old halogen with the black frame which always collected spider webs and got so hot. These do neither - staying much cleaner and web free. Safer to since there is no heat buildup. Like them so much we bought a dozen more for the house.

Threw the RIGHT LIGHT on my project!!!!!

What a refreshing change after going through a "Retro Canned Lights From Hell" experience! Previously, I had purchased 12 retro recessed lights for my remodel project from a big box store. The lights were on "clearance" which should have been warning sign to begin with. I installed the lights, which initially, I thought were great. After about 3 weeks, one by one failed. I contacted the company as instructed on their insert that was provided with the lights. After talking to a customer service rep. who I thought sounded very knowledgeable, I was apparently tossed aside never to be contacted again! So after doing some diligent research online, I discovered the SUNCO LIGHTING 12 pack. Ordered them, arrived promptly and very well packaged. Installed them and now have 12 beautiful recessed lights to successfully complete my remodeling project. Thank you Marquee Supplies and Sunco Lighting! Satisfied with my purchase

Replaced 10 can lights that I had CFL bulbs in with these LED retrofit, It was a fairly simple process, had a few issues with some of the springs but it was minor and all 10 were completed within 30 - 45 min. The lights look great, nice and bright, which I like very much, and I don't have to wait for them to warm up like I did for the CFL lights. If I were to do it over again, I might pick 5000K color, b/c I like the whiter lighting, but the 4000K looks great too, and some of the other fixtures in the room are 3000K so it's not as jarring a difference when they are on as well.

Super bright. Not that warm. Doesn't completely dim. Still a great light.

The light is almost too bright. The color isn't as warm as I hoped. The light doesn't dim all the way. Installation took less than two minutes. No humming like other lights. Great construction. There was even some kind of gasket that looks like it seals the can. Despite the color and brightness, this is still a great light and I plan to replace all the remaining recessed lights.

These lights can be set to very dim settings with no issues.

Let me start off by saying that I have been struggling to find a LED retrofit for my cans that didn’t pulsate or flicker on very dim settings. I should have purchased these from day one. These get very very dim with no issues at all. If you are looking for reliable LED lights for your recessed cans that can get super dim and also super bright, buy these right now. I have tried high end lights that are 35 dollars a piece and these lights blow them out of the water.

Perfect color hard to find

It was hard to find an LED retrofit recessed dimmable led with 4000 K. The ones you find at the big box stores are 2500 kelvin is too yellow and 5000 kelvin too stark white blue. The light from these is cool white without being harsh. Arrived quickly as well. Easy to install. The price is right. I needed to replace 48 recessed lights to get my home up to date and ready to sell. Thank you!

Bright Light, Easy Installation

I purchased these lights to replace the standard lights in the kitchen and laundry room. I was amazed how bright they are. The old lights were warm white and I got the daylight LED lights. I didn't realize how "yellow" the room looked with the warm white lights until I installed the daylight ones. These provide a much more whiter, brighter look to the room. Since my wife bakes and decorates cakes, these lights will certainly assist in insuring that she gets true to color decorations with this color of lighting compared to the warm white. I had two problems with the lights. One did not work initially. I removed it from the socket, re-inserted it and it work. the second problem was that the wires came loose from the connector on one light. The wires were easy to insert back into the connector and the problem was solved. Installation was fast and easy once I figured it out. I had a total of seventeen lights. Removing the old lights and trim, unpacking the new lights and installation (and problem solving) took me about 45 minutes for all seventeen lights.

We originally bought 12 LED recessed inserts over 8 years ago for over $50 each. Finally one started to go on the blink and my husband went out to a box store and bought a replacement that was too bright and a horrible daylight blue light. I didn't know exactly what to get to replace as LED inserts have changed so much in the past few years and I could not find any the same by the original manufacturer. I decided to try these and the Warm White/wattage is a perfect glow and lighting for my non-dimmable can lights in a kitchen with 8 foot ceilings. Not too bright and a nice warm glow. These inserts are also much lighter in weight that the old. So happy to have found such affordable and attractive replacements.

24 Units Installed - Zero issues & 100% satisfied

I'm in the process of switching all lighting in my home over to LED and part of the project has included 24 of the Suno Lighting 13W kits. The light is clean and dims well using the existing dimmers in the home. (Not sure of the brand.) I'll be purchasing another 12, without a bit of hesitation, to finish all overhead lighting soon. I have not been paid, comp'ed or anything else for this review. Great product.
