Cheap, fits & works, fades quickly, GREAT customer service!

Like the title says, it fit my grill well, stays put in wind, and seems to be protecting it from the elements. It faded to grey within a month, but that doesn't affect how it works... if I get two seasons out of it I'm still way ahead of the game over the OEM grill covers which cost 4 or 5 times as much.. EDIT: The seller contacted me via Amazon after reading this review and sent me a NEW COVER at no charge! Review upgraded to 5-stars after some truly extraordinary customer service.

How to make it last longer

If you own an outdoor barbeque grill one thing is for certain, you will probably be buying a new cover for it every 2-3 years depending on your climate. And these things aren’t cheap. I have owned so many I’ve lost count and each time I try a new brand I never know how good it is until I use it for a few years. So first off, if you’re looking for advice, know that the opinion of someone who just got one yesterday isn’t going to be very useful to you. Look for the opinions of people who have used the cover for a few years so they can tell you if it’s worth it or not. Obviously I just got this cover so I’m not going to tell you it’s any better or worse than any other one, there’s no way I will know that for a few years. But I can tell you that my first impression is that it is substantially heavier duty that the last few I’ve bought, that it is very well made, that it fits almost like it is custom, and that compared to others it is a very good value. I can also share a hint with you to help protect your cover so it lasts a lot longer. In my case it wasn’t that the covers wore out, it was that sharp edges on the grill tore into the cover and caused it to rip. To avoid that I installed bumper corners on the four sharp corners of the grill’s side tables so the wind and taking the cover on and off won’t tear it. The corner protectors are readily available and are usually sold to keep children from hurting themselves on sharp furniture edges. There are a lot of different types available but the best I found so far are made by Cozilife because they have very large ball like corners and have super strong adhesive so they can’t be knocked off accidentally while you’re cooking. Of the grill covers I’ve owned I’m happy with this choice, it’s the best I’ve seen so far.

It faded within the first year, and it has a tear already. I have taken it off and put it back on the grill only a few times. Not really impressed with it. I was am really impressed with the customer service I received. Soon after posting this review, the company contacted me with a couple of requests about the original cover and after having those questions satisfactorily answered, they promptly shipped me a replacement cover. The replacement cover seems to be of much better quality than the original. It's the Winter season now, so I will see how it holds up in the sun. I didn't ask them to replace it, and really didn't expect any action at all. This was a pleasant surprise. So I'm revising my review to reflect excellent response to the customer. I am giving the quality of the cover a higher rating also, just form the look and feel of the fabric. If I have to revise again in the Spring, then I will.

Outstanding Customer Service

What I expected for the price, does the job and nothing special. It already has a small hole at one of the seams but as I said I got what I paid for. I am upgrading from a previous review of 3 stars to a 5 star rating for outstanding customer service. Shortly after posting my review and concerns of my grill cover I was contacted by Mr. KaKa (yes thats his real name) pertaining to my issues of my recent purchase. He immediately offered me another cover free of charge, free shipping with expedited delivery. Even though my current grill cover has a small hole I will still continue to use it until it is no longer useable. In the mean time I will just store the new one for future use. It is refreshing to see that someone does pay attention to the reviews and concerns of their customers and addresses the issues. That being said, I applaud Mr. Kaka for great customer service. Kudos for Kaka.

Fades in the Sun - Not Colorfast

** UPDATE ** I have updated my review to now include my post support experience from VicTsing. Their customer support is EXCELLENT / OUTSTANDING. They contacted me to help with the problem I experienced with the grill cover. Their support and help was an absolute pleasure. They immediately resolved the problem - if I could give 10 stars I would. Very, very impressed with VicTsing !!! Thank you. I have had this cover for 4 months and now feel i can write a review. The reason why I gave this product 1 star is twofold: 1) I have the grill cover on a weber grill, on a covered porch that gets about 5 hours of direct sun a day. The black cover has totally faded in the areas that are hit by the sun; 2) The cover's ties (at the bottom to cinch in the lower skirt of the cover), and other areas of the ribbing has disintegrated. After 4 months I had to throw this cover out in the trash. It does look nice, but it didn't even make it through 1 summer season, or even 12 months - only 4 months and then needed to throw away. I do not recommend this grill cover.

Great buy. It fits the grilllike it was made for it. The quality is good and I am very happy with the cover. It fits so nicely, no need to use the Velcro strips.

Good Grill Cover

This Cover fits my Charbroil Grill perfectly. The materials seem good and it appears to be well made. Will have to see how it hold up over time.

New Grill -- New Cover -- Seems Smart!

This barbeque grill cover is the best one I have found! It is heavy duty and smartly made. They put velcro closures on the sides so that you can strap it down. This helps so much with keeping it on during windy periods. The cover is made of a heavy material that seems like tarp. I bought a cover in the past that was more expensive and it was much less sturdy material. It easily covers a 3-section grill. This grill does not have a separate burner on the side. I am not sure if this cover would fit if there was an additional burner to the side. I would measure your grill from one edge to the other to see if 55" is adequate. We really like this cover for our new grill!

BBQ Cover

Seems to be of really good quality, nice stitching with a water proof layer inside the cover. It’s actually a little bigger than I expected but it’s good. Love the printed logo in front very colorful and nice. I own a motorcycle cover and seems to be very similar material & quality wise. It’s been raining here in Florida and our new Hybrid gas/charcoal grill is very well protected with a good quality cover. For what I see, the material should last at least 2 to 3 years of direct rain, sun & humidity. Now I own a house & my bike is no longer outside like it used to be for 2 years and my cover remains in great condition. Please understand, Florida weather is brutal, so some discoloration of a cover is unavoidable, but will keep the water out. I’ll follow up in six months.

Works exactly as I was hoping for. After a few months it still looks new. Will update after a few months of summer have passed with scolding hot sun pounding on it....but for now....so far, so good. Size is a little large...but I knew that. I like it too large instead of too small. And mine is a 5 burner so it needed to be a little larger. The material is pretty thick and appears to be able to stand up to the weather. So far it has dealt with lots of rain, wind and snow. I think the quality of the material and the large size to ensure coverage will make anyone who purchases it pretty happy. And the price was also a big plus.
