Great for eggs
I bought this pan primarily for cooking eggs, and it works perfect. Scrambled eggs do not stick to the pan, so that makes cleaning it very easy. Edit: After looking through some of the bad reviews concerning sticking, I believe most are user error. The following suggestions go for using any type of nonstick cookware, not just this pan. Preseason the pan with cooking oil or butter, then warm the pan up on low-medium or medium for a few minutes before adding any food. Don't crank the heat up to high, you'll burn off the nonstick coating. Dishwashers will strip the nonstick coating off anything much faster than hand washing with dish soap. Don't leave food in the pan, especially if it's acidic.

Loved the pan..I bought 2 more for Christmas presents
I have bought other pans that claim on stick was never satisfied and I knew there was one out there. I came across this one and I have found it. My first test was eggs. I used no oil or butter. I let them burn a little. Then I thought I was gong to scrape the burnt eggs. But, nooooOOOo, they slid off by tilting the pan..I was pretty satisfied. Later that night I baked a chicken on it and it worked just as great. Nothing stuck, was easy to clean. I was so happy I bought 2 more for Christmas presents for my kids; I tam sure they will love it.

This pan is amazing. They are not kidding about the non-stick coating. I can cook greasy food in it and just wipe it clean with a sponge. Also, no fork or knife marks on it after a lot of use. The lid fits perfectly and has a vent. Also, dishwasher safe! This is my new favorite pan.

Loving it!
This is a nice, sturdy pan. I like that the handle is oven-proof so I don't have to wrap it in foil when I finish our salmon in the oven. The see through lid is substantial and nice to have for a pan of this size. I love the colors of the pan as well. It's a great pan that is well worth the cost. Love it!

A replacement was sent
I waited for a while to write this review. I love this product. It is easy to clean and cooks evenly. It's heavy enough to feel substantial. If they had made a 12" skillet, I would have ordered that as well. 11-10-17 I am forced to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I have had it a month, and the lid is rusting all around the seal where I cannot get to. It has always been washed and dried by hand. There is no way for me to clean it, and I will have to throw it away soon. The fact it had a lid was a big reason for my buying this frying pan. **update 01-15-18 Such good customer service. The company reached out to me and sent me a replacement. I’ve changed my rating back to 5. If there are problems, I will update again.**

Great Quality and Value
I purchased this pan because it came with a lid, was oven safe, and had a vibrant copper color. Upon arrival I inspected the pan and it felt very sturdy and of high quality for its price. The copper color looks great against my designer kitchen--I even leave it out when not in use! The pan heats quickly and evenly and makes for easy, non-stick cleanup. 10/10 would purchase again.

Threw out my old pan after buying this one :)
I admit it- I am a minimalist about my kitchen gear. After purchasing and using this pan once, I was so happy with it I threw away my other frying pan and this one has replaced it as the only one in the house. Not only do I appreciate the clean, sleek design and the unobtrusive branding elements, it truly is a really great pan. Eggs didn't stick at ALL when I cooked with it (unlike my old frying pan) which made the eggs fantastic and the clean up even better. I genuinely recommend it.

I just got this a short time ago but really like what I see. Food just doesn't stick. I like the lid too. It is vented to let out the steam. It is a good weight also. Seems very sturdy. I would also purchase a 12 inch but couldn't find one. Recommend this purchase.

I really like this non-stick fry pan
Really like this non-stick fry pan. This is the fourth one I've purchased from various outlets...all different brands. He's what this one does that the others, collective, did not ... is dishwasher-safe, the non-stick surface stays non-stick, cook surface stays flat even after being subjected to high heat on the cooktop, discolorations easily scrub off. If you own one, I don't know what your experience was with this frypan, but mine was top notch. I would buy it again and again. It Doesn't Stick!
Oh many, I love pans like this. I have a set of Green Pans I've used for years (approximately 5-6) and they're kind of wearing down. Especially my big one that is this size. I love over-medium eggs, and you have to have the right pan to do that without breaking the yolk. My step-sister pointed this out to me and recommended it, so I bought one for my boyfriend (his Green Pans were FAR worse off than mine!). And he LOVED it. He's quite the cook and has specific opinions about his cooking tools and he loves this. He can make eggs with no sticking, ground beef, chicken, veggies, anything! We've never once had to SCRUB something off of it. It just wipes off like a dream! So, in a fit of jealousy I bought a second one for me (clearly he and I don't live together, hence needing my own). I also love mine! They have both held up beautifully. Keep in mind we try to care well for them (let them cool before washing, hand wash only, etc.). I made a boo-boo the other day and forgot to turn off the burner (gas) the other day. It was several hours before I noticed the remnants of my breakfast were still cooking in the pan... This finally seemed to be the thing to do damage to the pan, but this is a ME problem, not a pan problem. I had to put a lot of effort and care into getting most of the residue cleaned off. But you know what? Now that I have, it is basically back to new! So even my big mess up didn't destroy the pan somehow. And if it had, I would have just bought another because I love this guy. What do I wish? I could get a whole set in all different shapes, styles, sizes.
