Lit came with everything takes a decent diy but if your ordering this I’m sure you know how to install very good price good quality product , I suggest buying some silicone grease aswell so prevent from freezing or locking up again in the future

This kit works great and has held up fine a few months later. I don’t think it will last as long as oem as the pieces don’t feel as strong but so far it’s worked just fine. Plenty of videos online to show how to replace the pieces.

NEEDS NOTE FOR SPRING!

the only thing that was a pain to install was the spring, because mine was completely broken i didn't know which way the spring was supposed to go, and youtube videos didn't really help too. but once i figured it out works like new again. fingers ached for a day or two from all the spring holding.

Very easy DIY repair! Recommend watching any videos before you start.

The kit was delivered promptly on a Sunday of all days! Perfect timing too as I had just removed the lock cylinder on my BMW E46 in preparation for the repair. The kit was as-expected but does not come with instructions. No matter as there are several really good videos out on Youtube to help you in this respect and I highly recommend you watch them before attempting the repair. Repair itself took all but a few minutes once I figured out how to reinstall the spring which in my opinion was the trickiest part of the job. Product itself is well made and also includes the roll pin which is not included in other kits.

works like a champ. A few of the pieces seem of less quality than what was originally installed but at this price I will just buy another if it breaks again. Easy to swap out. I save my old parts that were not broken as a back up.
