Excellent Product, Excellent Vendor.

I own it, I am a "real" customer for many years, and it works great. I really like its solid construction, lack of "glossy" key surfaces, and its light up numbers. This is VERY important because in dark locations you cannot read numbers that don't light up.

TIVdio Access Control Keypad

This Units works great. I watched a couple of Youtube Videos which helped a lot. I recommend setting it up on a table before you install the Unit on a door. The wiring was a little complicated, but after watching the youtube video it was much easier. The Master code for my unit was Six Nines - (999999). Once we had the right Master Code the programming of Pin Numbers and ID cards were very easy. Please Note, after the User enters their 4 digit pin Number you must press # to unlock. Its also nice if the Power goes out, all of the pin numbers stay in memory. I do recommend this Key Pad.

Quality Keypad

I ordered this as a replacement for a plastic keypad that came with my door lock kit. After a year and a half, the sun had cooked the plastic to a burnt toast color and the keypad membrane was curling up. This keypad has some heft and being partly made from metal, I expect it will withstand the solar radiation much better. Somewhat confusing wiring diagram but a google search came up with quite a few instructions.

Good and robust wasn’t easy to install Update: Half a year outdoor works like a charm has many options. I even use a Wifi module and the proximity ability all works well. Not easy to program but hey...

This keypad exceeded my expectations!

I bought two of these keypads. VERY WELL Built. The circuit board is completely encapsulated in epoxy, (Super Weatherproof). The users manual is well written and complete with wiring diagrams. It was easy to program. I install a lot of access systems and have been using (and replacing) IEI keypads. There is NO comparison. TIVDIO is my keypad of choice for future installations.
