This stuff is amazing. My 10 year old labradoodle decided to "dig" on our leather couch. Luckily, he didn't puncture the leather but the scratches were terrible. Leather Milk Healing Balm took out 90% of the scratches. The remaining scratches are hardly noticeable. Thank you Chamberlain's - you saved the day (and the dog lol)...

I wish I would’ve taken before and after pics of the difference it made in my sofa. I bought an expensive leather couch in June, and my dogs jump on and off of it, leaving behind scratch marks that made the cushions look over worn after just 5 months. I applied the cream, and just like that, the cushions became the same color they were before. Of course there is a bit of “patina” in the color, you can tell there is some use, but they don’t look as faded and worn and old. I live in Denver, so the dry air doesn’t help, but I was surprised how easily the cushions looked worn so fast. This conditioner made my couch look beautiful again

Damaged my Whipping Post Tote severely. Based on the recommendation from the company purchased this product. It improved the damage by 30%, more than I could have expected. Rubbed it all over the bag and made the undamaged part of the bag 100% better, gave it a replenished almost healthy look back to the bag. It does smell like coconut. I got it all over my hands as I worked it into the leather and was worried it would stain my hands and damage it from the chemical...it did the opposite. No stains made my hands greasy but came off with handsoap. The product is white and the texture of Vasoline. Works amazingly well, may have to try the rest of their line. One happy customer

Great product

I've tried quite a few different products for my leather boots and jackets. Though I've only had limited experience with Chamberlain's Leather Milk, my first impression after using on my boots and wearing them out on my motorcycle a few times is that it's one of the best leather care products out there. My impression is in comparison to products like Doctor Martin's Wonder Balsam, Leather Honey Leather Conditioner, and Sofsole Mink Oil. I feel that Chamberlain's Leather milk is superior in the way it makes leather look as well as how it seem to remain on the leather through use (or at least its effects remain). I have some scuffs that this masks alright. Doesn't make it look "like new" but it does make it look better than any of the previously mentioned products. The scuffs have gone from "noticeable" to "pretty much only noticeable up close," for lack of a better description.

Super product. Insure you use the Cleaner #2.first'..I let dry for for 24 hours after cleaning then put on the Healing Balm. Let that sit for another 24 hours and then used the Chamberlain #1 Leather Care Liniment ( Leather Milk). These products saved me about $1400 in putting in used seats. It isn't perfect but the seats are soft and feel very good. My plan is use the Leather Milk about every month for a few months to continue the softening process. A little goes a long way and I suggest as you apply do a light wipe to pick up residue .

Makes leather more beautiful!!!

I use this product on full grain bags I make and on tooling leather. It seals and conditions the leather, making it softer and slightly darker. It helps the leather age and patina gracefully. By far the best product I’ve found for my uses.

Amazing product and so easy to apply!

This product is a whole lot better than I imagined. We adopted a cat recently that enjoys scratching our leather furniture. I read the reviews and saw that this product does not obscure cat scratches, but for the lighter scratches, it really does work well. I should have taken before and after photos of our furniture, but did not think of it until later. It is pretty miraculous--I am sure there is a lot of coconut oil in it as it smells like it, but not sure what else is there. After rubbing this product into all of our furniture, shoes and my handbags, I need to order more. Here is a before and after of one of my handbags so you can see the difference. Transformed my vintage Chanel bag

I was complaining that my favorite black leather vintage Chanel bag was starting to look a bit tired and faded. My husband bought this product to improve the appearance of the leather. Obviously what I really wanted was for him to get me a new bag, but he is pretty good at pretending to not get my not so subtle hints. Anyhow before application the bag was faded in some areas, and all over seemed dry. The leather on the bag was black ‘caviar’ leather. After applying this conditioner the difference is astonishing. The black is deep and not faded at all, it looks incredible. I’m very impressed with this product. At first I was apprehensive about using it on such an expensive bag, but it worked incredibly well. Highly recommend!
