- LASTS 2X LONGER. Patented DIAMOND Seal Technology reduces leak points and lasts twice as long as the industry standard—ensuring leak-free operation for the life of the kitchen faucet (Industry standard is based on ASME A112.18.1 of 500,000 cycles)
- MAGNETIC DOCKING. MagnaTite Docking uses a powerful magnet to snap your kitchen sprayer into place so it stays docked and doesn’t droop over time like other kitchen faucets
- POWERFUL SPRAY. ShieldSpray Technology cuts through stubborn messes with a powerful stream of water inside a protective sphere that contains the splatter, so you can spend less time soaking and scrubbing with an average of 90% less splatter than a standard spray
- EASY INSTALLATION. Designed to fit single-hole or 3-hole, 8-in. configurations. Everything you need is together in one box, including an optional deck plate for 3-hole installation and InnoFlex PEX supply lines that are integrated into the faucet for one less leak point
- EASY TO CLEAN. Delta kitchen faucets with Touch-Clean spray holes allow you to quickly and easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with a touch of a finger, while the SpotShield finish resists water spots and fingerprints

Smooth operation, elegant look.
Best kitchen sink faucet yet! Really like the smooth operation and features. Went on line and saw a few after market mods that I incorporated as follows: Get yourself some small nylon tie-wraps to secure the hose connector to avoid having the two hose pieces separate at the connector. Seems some users experienced this problem and it makes quite a mess... Next, get yourself a small diameter waxed concrete tube, cut it lengthwise (go on line and view the videos for this and the tie wraps) and install it under your sink for the weighted hose to travel up and down inside vs. having the weighted hose travel interfere with the plumbing under the sink. The waxed surface makes for a really smooth sprayer hose operation and also protects the hose from snagging on anything under the sink and separating.

Quality Faucet
We got a free faucet when we upgraded our kitchen countertops to quartz. Four years later, the faucet started leaking at the valve; time to replace. We choose this faucet for several reasons: - the SpotShield Stainless finish - the diamond seal technology which will hopefully last longer then our freebie faucet (we have very hard water) -magnetic docking - easy to clean; our freebie faucet accumulated calcium deposits at the sprayer which had to be scrapped off The faucet was easy to install, and based on comments from a few other reviewers, I installed 2 cable ties around the plastic clip that holds the sprayer connection together (cheap insurance to prevent the connection from coming apart and causing major flooding). I like the magnetic docking feature that ensures that the sprayer is docked. I really like the spray shield technology that power blasts food off dishes with a straight stream of water surrounded by a cone of water that contains any splashing. One of our previous gripes with the freebie faucet was the splashing of water around the sink. Several reviewers had a problem with the control valve being located on the side of the faucet. I have to admit that this takes awhile to get use to. I did not experience any problems with finding the sweet spot regarding water temperature. The valve easily adjusts to the desired temperature. Time will tell on the longevity of the faucet. We got 4 years from our freebie so hope to get 10 years out of this one. Even so, I would consider replacing the mixing valve assembly if available in the future.

Touch on is a great feature
We all like this new faucet in the house. The pull down nozzle clamps back on easily with the magnet. The touch on feature isn't perfect but it's good enough and we always use it. It's more sensitive toward the bottom of the faucet, often takes two fingers to trigger it up by the tap. The sprays are good, we don't use the non splash spray, don't know if our pressure is too low or if I'm just not impressed. I like the stream spray because I can actually target it to a spot on a plate, other faucets usually have a broad spray which is part of what causes you getting splashed in the first place. The touch on feature helps our kids use the sink while they still can't reach the handle. The color feature helps warn us and our kids when it's hot! Great product. Installed about a month now.

Delta customer service is the real reason you should buy this faucet!
Ok, I have to preface this review by saying out of the thousands of items I have bought on Amazon, I have never felt the need to write a review. While the faucet is amazing and we are happy with the purchase, it is the customer service that warrants a review over 3 years later. After 3 years of flawless service we started to notice that the handle needed to be pushed hard and in a very precise location to stop the faucet from dripping. I looked into this and found that this is a somewhat common problem after a few years of use. The bonnet nut and valve cartridge (both located in the handle) can wear out causing this issue to appear. I was able to locate these parts for purchase online and in fact on Amazon. However, someone in the reviews for the parts wrote that Delta will replace these items for free if you contact them. Low and behold I wrote them my problem via email and I kid you not, 10 minutes later they already wrote me back saying they were mailing the parts out. They came in the mail today, just replaced and the faucet works flawlessly again. This level of customer service is rare nowadays and again warranted a positive review from someone who never writes them!

painless installation, dripless function
After trying and failing to install a flawed (and less expensive) faucet, I ordered this one. It was one of my best decisions ever. I installed the faucet myself (64-year-old retired woman) and was completely intimidated after having so much trouble with the earlier. This one went in like a dream. The instructions were not terribly complete, but they were much better than instructions on other faucets. I was able to follow them, between the explanations and the pictures. There were two items I particularly liked, as far as installation. First, this faucet includes a brass fitting, about 2" square, that is placed onto the faucet UNDER the counter. It is solid brass, and is held in place with a brass nut. When it was in place, and tightened, it prevented the faucet from wobbling at all. I've seen reviews about wobbly faucets, but this brace seems to prevent that problem, and if it does get loose I can tighten the nut again--though that is a bit awkward, just because of placement. Still, it can be done. The second thing I really liked was the clip for the push-in connection of the sprayer hose. I am not a fan of that type of connection. I have not had good luck with them. Adding a solidly built plastic clip that attaches above and below the connection itself made me feel much safer. I struggled with this type of connection in the past, and had them pop loose immediately, and again after a week of use. This one is protected, which makes me feel better. On top of that, the connections to the supply lines worked easily. The faucet's lines pushed in, I tightened the nuts, and everything was fine. It helped, too, that there are plastic inserts in the end of the faucet's supply lines that are color coded--blue for cold water, red for hot--so I didn't have to worry about what to connect where. I've had faucets that were not marked, and faucets that had a piece of tape, or some other less effective marker. This was the best. Overall, the installation was ten times easier than installation on the half-dozen faucets I have installed over the years. I watched for leaks for a few days, but there were none. The quality of the faucet is also good. It is solid, quite heavy, and really attractive. I love the antique look and the finish. The magnet on the sprayer head is also nice, helping the head to anchor smoothly and quickly. The weight on the sprayer hose was a donut, so I didn't have to fuss with lining up screws and fastening the weight. It slides on and positions itself at the lowest point. This is the most I have ever spent on a faucet, but I have to say it was well worth the extra money. We've been using the faucet for a month, with no problems at all, and we are very happy with it.

Love it!
I have had my spot free stainless faucet for 2 months and I love it. As long as you wipe off any drips on the stainless, it looks brand new. I love the ShieldSpray Technology. It really helps remove food stuck to your plate like cheese, potatoes, rice, etc. I’ve used it to clean out the bottom of my kitchen recycle bin and it worked great. I’ve also used it to pinpoint water directly on a stain on clothes. I didn’t think I’d get much use out of it, but I use it all the time. People have asked if you can install it with the handle on the left and the answer is yes. Mine is on the left and I had it installed so the cold water is in the up position and the hot is down. Works great! The faucet head stays in place when returned to the docking station. I would definitely recommend this faucet. I’m not getting paid and was not even asked to write this review.

Great faucet. Super easy installation!
Works wonderfully. Easy install with all the parts and tools needed included. As another reviewer said, the hardest part was getting the old one out. It took me under an hour all by myself and I'm a 50+ year old short woman. It looks a little shorter in person than I expected, but it is the correct height. I think it is just a little bigger around than the one I replaced. The faucet works great and while the pull out hose is plastic, the metal one it is replacing is what went bad on my old faucet after 3 years, so the less bulk and easier function, as well as trading up to Delta quality makes it well worth the trade-off. I'm 'not tall' so it was a stretch for me, however the included tool made tightening the brass nut easy - however don't try to use the tool till you get it snugged up hand tight (much easier to spin it up the shaft with your fingers.) I had to get out twice and reposition the faucet on top because wrestling the bracket into place turned it a little. At that point the adjustment was simple. The head switch from straight stream to sprayer is hard plastic and switches back and forth very easily. My old one had a soft rubber cover over the switch and it was very difficult to switch, so I appreciate this one. Water pressure seems as good or better than before. The faucet has an option to limit the range of motion so you only get hot/cold mix and can't scald yourself... but it comes defaulted to regular use and I can't imagine how anyone would want to change that. There are extra bushings enclosed for if you want to adjust the length of the supply lines, however it is recommended that you just loop them. I just pushed them out like big parenthesis to fit my space.

Awesome faucet!
I bought this faucet four months ago (04APR15) to replace an older Delta that came with my house. With the exception of three minor details, my wife and I both think it's outstanding. Originally I wanted to replace the previous faucet with an identical model as I found it very satisfactory, but it was discontinued and I didn't have time to rebuild it. After spending hours going through reviews I discovered that kitchen faucet assessments are extremely subjective and overall weren't that helpful - I purchased and installed three other faucets that were cheaper but got good reviews. After installing and trying each of them out, I removed and returned them. Finally, I bit the bullet and purchased this one and have been extremely pleased. Pros: - Very solid construction. The weight of it really surprised me when I took it out of the box. It easily weighs three times what the cheaper faucets weighed. Fit and finish is great. - Very easy and quick to install. Came with good instructions. I took my time and still had it in and running within 30 minutes. - Good positive control with the lever. Took a little getting used to having a lever that moves forward and back, rather than left and right, but had the hang of it within a day or two. - Magnet on the goose-neck maintains a solid connection when the hose is retracted. I could keep going, but it would take forever to list all the things I like about it. Cons: - Expensive. I couldn't believe how much was being charged for kitchen faucets. In Delta's defense, at this quality level all of the other brands' prices were comparable or higher. Wow! Just ... wow! - Finish. The Arctic Stainless looks good, but I wish they had one in brushed nickel. This has a sort of blue-ish hue to it which doesn't really match other stainless fixtures. Having said that, nobody else that's seen it has commented on it, so maybe it's just me. After owning it this long, it doesn't really register anymore anyways. - The optional escutcheon (the long plate that you can install between the sink surface and the faucet itself) lays perfectly flat on my sink. If water splashes up on it, it won't run off. It just sits there on the plate until you wipe it off or it evaporates, which can leave spots. Not critical, just annoying. Additional notes regarding comments I've read in the other reviews: It's too tall. - Yes, it is tall. I was concerned about this before I bought it but it's actually one of the things I like best about it now. My previous faucet was much shorter which I thought I liked until I tried this one. I find hand-washing and rinsing dishes (especially large pots) much easier with the tall neck - I can just shift stuff from one side to the other without having to lift stuff over or around the neck. You can't adjust it to a specific temperature, then turn it off and back on to the same temp without adjusting it again. - Seriously? Personally, I've never seen a faucet that you can do this with. I'm sure one must exist somewhere, just not sure why you'd want it. Not only do I not see much value in it during normal usage, but I also think this would be a serious safety concern, especially if you have small children (or inattentive adults) in your house. I read an awful lot of comments in the 1- and 2-star ratings in regards to water pressure (spray is too strong/weak) and problems adjusting the water temp to the perfect spot. My recommendation to these folks is to check their household water pressure and water-heater settings. Many of their problems I'm pretty sure have nothing to do with the faucet itself. Just sayin'... UPDATE 01/13/2017: Ended up moving and had to leave this beauty behind. For the 2 years I had it, it worked perfectly. I just renovated the countertops and sink in my new home and replaced the old faucet with another Delta Leland. This time I got the plain stainless steel instead of the Arctic Stainless since it was a better match for the rest of the appliances. It's an awesome faucet and I highly recommend it.

Very happy so far!
This faucet has only been installed for about 3 weeks, so I'll try to remember to update if anything changes, but so far I love it! Neither my husband nor I have installed a faucet before but it was relatively simple (I did do the tie wrap trick shared by another reviewer for the clip that holds the hose attachment.) I really like how the handle can be positioned in front; this is the way we did it and it means that all drips from wet hands end up in the sink! The spray head reaches far enough that even with a large double sink, I can fill a pot sitting on the counter--a big plus when you're very pregnant and don't feel like hefting full pots out of the sink! The spray head required a little guidance to get it back in place, but really not a big deal and it may be due to the abundance of plumbing we have under the sink getting in the way of the weight...it hasn't bothered me enough to figure it out. I really like the fact that the spray/stream selection stays the same as the last use; this means that when I'm rinsing dishes or veggies, I can shut it off in between to save water, and don't have to reselect the spray setting every time. I saw some negative reviews about the fact that the shut off position is a little precise...I've caught it dripping a few times but not a big deal....might be more of an issue with little kids. All in all, I don't regret a penny of this purchase!

Strongly recommended; classy, nice features, easy to keep looking brand new (Arctic Stainless finish)
Can't say enough good things about this faucet -- installed quickly and easily, classy appearance, Arctic Stainless finish is easy to keep looking brand new, and the gracefully tapered single handle is large enough for ease of usability for my arthritic hands, both for turning water on/off and for setting the hot/cold mix. The pull-down faucet is also terrific, allowing either a plain stream or toggle to spray -- and the spray setting stays on until you toggle it back, a feature I really appreciate. In contrast, a similar faucet we just left behind had a rocker switch that stopped the water flow completely (as long as you held down the toggle), or switched to spray, but the spray setting reverted to stream as soon as you turned off the water, which was maddening. The Delta warranty on this item is "Faucet and Finish Lifetime Limited Warranty", and a hardware store source recommended Delta over other brands because of this warranty. Overall,we're thrilled with this faucet!
