Great blanket so that you can drive comfortably with someone who is always cold.

I got this as a gift for someone who has trouble staying warm. They really love it and use it all the time. Heated seats can only do so much and this really makes a difference. I was worried about it not getting hot enough or working that well, but so far it seems to be doing really well. Get it if you have someone who wants to cook you out of the car with the heater and you just want to be able to breath.

Best Christmas present ever!

There are so many terrible things about working the night shift, and driving a car without a remote start in the winter is definitely one of them. Being equipped with a magical self-heating blanket makes it much less offensive to drive home after my car has say in the hospital parking lot uncovered for nearly 13 hours of frigid Idaho darkness. I start my car, plug in the blanket, and scrape my windows. By the time I'm done, my blanket is already warmer than room temp and well on it's way to exceedingly toasty. It's big enough that I have to fold it to keep it off my floorboards, but that just gives me a pocket to tuck the hand that isn't steering into. If your girl had to leave her car parked out in the cold, be a hero and get her this blanket. She's gonna love it, guaranteed.

Warms up nice. Exactly what I was looking for - extra heat in my car during winter

This blanket is exactly what I needed. I was originally looking for a "seat warmer" to put in the car, but couldn't find one in my price range that got reliable ratings. So purchased this based on the positive reviews. We've had it about a month and it's worked great. I fold it and put it under and over my lap while driving, or when I'm in the back seat we spread it out for several of us to share. So that is a good feature - isn't just a one person use. I have been diligent about unplugging after use as other reviewers have suggested. It takes about 10 minutes or less to warm to a comfortable heat. It's not hot like my at-home electric blanket, but it's what I expected and I would recommend it.

My family and dogs love these electric car blankets. I bought five of these and gave them out as xmas gifts. My small dog loves the heated blanket on cold days. The first one I bought lasted about five years before it came up missing, I some how think my kids had something to do with that!!!๐Ÿ˜‰

Great blabket for the car

I absolutely love this blanket! I'm a person who is ALWAYS cold, so in the car the first thing I do is crank the heat up to ninety degrees and roast the hubby and kids. This year for Valentine's day the Mr. brought home flowers and this blanket and our car trips have been more peaceful. I'm toasty and warm and he's nice and cool. I would recommend this to every one!

Good inexpensive leg heater if you don't have a heater in your car

Have used it a few times & was a great option to avoid replacing the heater in my car for $1200. Just be careful not to leave it plugged in when not in use

Kept us nice and toasty

we bought this for a trip to Fairbanks Alaska for friends visiting from Australia. Kept us nice and toasty. The only thing we would have liked better was if it had a hi/lo setting. It's either on or off. But the price and quality were great (thick and fluffy cozy blanket)

Exactly what I asked......

My wife is always cold. And we drive a lot. When I am too hot in the car, she is never hot enough. So, I found this and it does EXACTLY what we need. A fleece blanket that gives off heat. Happy wife = happy life!
