Saves on space. My dwarf hamster lives in a small fish tank so this is perfect for not having bars to hang a bottle off of. He loves sleeping inside too.

This bottle is great, and the seller is better

Really like the design of this bottle/hide, perfect size for dwarf hamsters. However mine has a crack in the bottle. Because of the small size and low water volume the crack does not leak but it's still there. 3 stars for the crack since it's still in use, if it wasn't there it would be 5-star and if it was unusable it would be a 1 star. EDIT: Since writing this review initially, I have been contacted by the seller and given a free replacement for the cracked bottle. I have updated this review from 3 stars to 5 stars to match the service of the seller, and we couldn't be happier with this product now that it is defect-free! Since putting in the new bottle, my hamster has even decided to make the hide his personal sleeping spot, even though he has several other places to do it. Great little product!

Works great! Super cute.

I worry too much with water bottles so I use bowls for my mice. But I got a pregnant girl and I didn't want to risk the babies falling into the water bowl, so I decided to get this! It's super cute and I don't mind how small it is. Of course I knew this but the part where the water comes out is a bit too low for my liking, I was worried she wouldn't drink out of it because it's too low for her. Buuut I moved over some bedding in front of it and she actually used it! It works so well, the best water bottle I've found yet.

It's great and works for my baby dwarf hamster she couldn't use the bottle that came with the cage because it was way to big for her mouth. She would struggle. So I got her this one and it met all my expectations.

The Best Bottle Out There

I have a Chinese Dwarf hamster and when I first got him, I purchased the large glass Kaytee bottle thinking it would be great. Well, the Kaytee bottle frequently jammed to the point where it was difficult for me to get water out, much less a tiny little hamster with a tiny mouth. I ordered this one on amazon and my hamster fell in love. The nozzle is easy for him to use and the plastic base makes sure it stays at an appropriate height and angle. The added feature of the hole in the base makes for a great hide that my boy loves. Also, the bottle is really easy to travel with. I put it in the carrier when I took my hamster to the vet and it remained up right through travel. You don’t have to worry about hanging this bottle. You can just place it down wherever. I’m very happy with this product and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Good product

This product has been very convenient for me since I have my two fancy hamsters in a tank. It came in good conditions, and the material it is made of is reasonable for the amount you are paying. It is a small bottle for two hamsters, so I find myself refilling it every week, which is not a problem at all. The stand does have a hole that serves as a hideout for the hamsters, and mine seem to love it. Overall, I am greatly satisfied with the product and how much I paid for it. I definitely recommend it!

Happily surprised

I really was surprised that the product seemed to be made so well and sturdy. The blue is really a nice blue. It's a little smaller then I expected but I did get order the small one but it will suit its purpose which was for a Syrian hamster, Toby. All the products in his cage which is a 75 gallon aquarium, are made of wood except the new water bottle and the food and snack dishes but it does not look out of place like I was afraid it would. It looks nice and inviting or so Toby seems to think!

Pretty good

Other than the bottle saying "mouse" (and not hamster) on it, I like this. My robo hamsters will often sleep under them (two can fit). The leaking is not great, but OK.

Just the right size for my hedgehog

Just the right size for my hedgehog. Holds about 2 days' worth of water. He does knock it over occasionally, but it doesn't pour out at all. I like that I don't have to attach it to anything.
