Product works great even with 50 mile range antenna as long as it's on window.

Great product and even Greater Customer Service

I had a few issues with this unit, but amazingly the Customer Service Rep walked me thru them and corrected the problems. Most importantly I have never had such good CSR help from any kind of vendor as I had with this company. The CSR when called answered promptly, and once even when I did not leave a message to call back, he called me (thank goodness for caller ID). The unit has worked well and for the money the features it has are quite frankly nearly as good as a Tivo. I have 4 Tivos and this ViewTV unit is great if you want to record from the EPG (Electronic Program Guide) or directly from the record button on the remote. Price and quality would certainly make me want to again purchase this product. Thankyou ViewTV !

A Super Little TV Receiver -- recorder capable TV tuner worth buying . . .

This is one super little TV receiver/recorder capable Tuner Box! It picked up more stations than my home, chimney mount antenna setup and displays the shows in crisp, clear pictures. This model, the AT-300 is an updated version of some of ViewTV's previous lineup, ie AT-263 etc. I have one of the AT-263 models in my RV and it has worked well for a year or so. I like the form/factor of the new unit also - a little longer & deeper (more stable). I would definitely recommend this product for purchase. It does all it advertises and more.

Amazing value and excellent, inexpensive DVR!

Very nice product for price. Great alternative to other products that have monthly subscriptions. Easy to add more storage. Interface is somewhat clunky and takes a little getting used to.

Cut the cable!!!

I love this unit! We used this to cut the cable, and couldn't be happier!! It was very easy to set up, even by 2 Senior ladies! My sister and I could not be happier, as we've saved over $120 a month!!
