Great quality door wasn’t expecting it to be as heavy as it was. Better quality than the one I purchased from a big box store. Will order again if needed.

Amazing Door!!!

This door was extremely affordable and convenient. I was able to put it together in about 20 minutes and had it primed and painted the same day. This door is solid and heavy. I would recommend this over buying an already assembled door for $300+. The only downside was the smell of the door. The Cypress wood puts off a strong smell. It has been about two weeks now and the smell is still there after 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint. I am hoping this will diminish a bit in the coming weeks.

Great product!

We tried our hand at making a barn door for our bathroom, and it turned out beautifully! This hardware was easy to figure out, and works very well. The wheels (as has been mentioned) are plastic, but I read that in the product description, so I expected it. They are still very solid and roll beautifully. I've attached pics. Please don't judge - we haven't put the handle on yet :)

Great door!

Lovely door. Well made easy to put together. We are building a vacation home, and this was perfect! Stained nicely.

This door helped make my vision a reality

The door itself was very straightforward to put together and then I painted it. The only thing that I think is a flaw in its design is the fact that I had to relocate two of the screws going into the top panel since they cross almost exactly where you need to drill for the hanging hardware to get the door on the track. For hanging the door i HIGHLY recommend having someone who is very good with a tape measure and can think through the project well, which for the record was not me. I did not attempt this alone and had very competent help from a carpenter friend. Putting together the door and painting it was probably about 2 hours with waiting between coats of paint and installing hardware, the track, and then hanging it was probably 2-3 with a couple of slight issues along the way as is standard for projects. Overall, I am very pleased with this door and LOVE the way it turned out. It was a more budget friendly choice that turned out to be a overall great decision.

Just as good as the expensive doors

I had been searching for a barn door, but the prices were ridiculous. I was worried about the quality of this door for the price, but I’m very happy with it. It was packaged well & went together perfectly.

My husband hand made our barn door since the opening from trim edge to trim edge was 38.5" This 6.6ft kit was the perfect size. We could have installed it without a header board but it looks so much nicer with one we decided to add that. The measurements that come with this kit are very precise to the 1/16" to be exact. There is room for adjustment on door height above the floor with the hangars that attach to the door. It is a very smooth rolling door!! We did not use the plastic guide on the bottom as we would have had to make a STRAIGHT notch along the bottom edge of the door and most people do not have access to these types of tools. Also did not want to drill into our tile so we purchased a guide kit that had a wheel and attached to the wall. We cut into the door trim to inset the guide also allowing the door to sit closer to the wall. As most homes are like ours probably we found the opening to not be as plumb as the door we made so it closes closer to the wall on one side than the other. My husband used a forstner bit to drill into the header board to inset the mounting points for the track. This allowed the door to rest much closer to the frame allowing for less than a half inch gap along the edges of the door. Three of the holes on the track will be in your door header. The remaining two will be in drywall so you will need a minimum of two extra lag screws to attach the header board and or some way to anchor the track in the drywall if you don't. We are very pleased with this purchase and love our new interior barn door!!

Very easy to assemble

Using door for bedroom into our bathroom. Door what I’ve been looking for. Very easy to put together. We have not hung yet but I know it will be perfect. Thank you keep them coming. Will be ordering two more.
