Looks great, easily installed.
The curtain rod arrived with all its pieces and hardware. The instructions were simple, on a sheet of paper, but were easy to understand, and the curtain rod was installed within a couple hours of the box arriving. It didn’t take that long to install, most of that time was spent drinking coffee and deciding whether to hang curtains or watch a show on Netflix. You will need a drill, a screwdriver, a tape measure. A level wouldn’t hurt. I used a hammer to help put in the drywall anchors. It would have been easier to have a second pair of hands, but I managed to do this alone.

Just what I expected.
This rod looks and feels like an expensive rod. I did not have to use the center support and it looks wonderful. It was not difficult to put up. Would definitely recommend this rod.

Curtain rod
Needed a long curtain rod for long window in spare room. Fit the bill perfectly, came with all the hardware and installed easily. Excellent product.

looks good & is adjustable
I bought 2 of these so I could hang curtains over my sliding glass patio doors. The brushed nickel looks good and it was easy for my husband to install. Would recommend!

Looks great!
I had read on a review that the ends were plastic but that isn't true. They are metal just like the rest of the rod. It is beautiful.

Mine are Square - Excellent Curtain Rods!
Amazon Basics Curtain Rods with cute square urn style finials make it possible to switch out old ugly aluminum curtain rods, and add some style to your windows. This set comes with the hardware needed to easily install them. The base of the rod measures about 3/4 inches around, and will pretty much fit any curtain you have. The metal material is tough - you won't bend these easily but do not see a weight limit. The nice block / square finials are 2 inches x 2 inches and look very nice and modern. Please note that the curtain rod finial I am reviewing is different than the one in Amazons picture - it does not look oval, but looks square. The finials are made of hard plastic. They are quite sturdy and come with a screw attached - just screw it into the end of the curtain rod after you have thread the curtains through. These look great. They measure 36 inches to 72 inches - meaning, of course, that you can stretch the curtain rod up to 72 inches, or use it for a smaller window, as small as 36 inches. The square finial looks modern and sleek. Great for an office or den. Replace those ugly aluminum curtain rods now!

Great Look and Super Sturdy
I needed a longer rod and this fit the measurements perfectly. I didn't need the extender but was worried it wouldn't be as sturdy without it. It was not! Still super strong and holds my heavier canvas curtains with now drop in the middle. Super pleased with these. The weight and size of them make them feel like a more expensive rod. Will definitely be getting more of these.

Attractive, sturdy, well-made and good price, but ...
This rod looks rather elegant, but I made a calculation error. I chose the longer length thinking the middle tube would telescope into both ends and give the rod extra strength. This is not the case, as there is only one larger diameter and two smaller diameter pieces. Fortunately, I didn't really need the extra length, and the rod is very sturdy using only the two sections.
