As bright as a brodozer's light bar

Seriously, I don't recommend staring into this light at either intensity for any period of time. Your retinas will sear off and the image will be forever ingrained in your head, and you will have to wait many, many hours for this thing to extinguish itself of its ample 8000mAh battery. The spring in the work light holder is able to provide a confident, snug hold on any hood without issue. Highly recommended if you're working in a remote detachment. Works every bit as well as a Snap-On work light if you're careful not to bend it, which probably won't be an issue as long as you use the provided holder.

Glad I bought this one

Been looking for one of these that was cordless for years. Glad I bought this one. Very bright, well made, and has both an under hood bracket and magnets for attachment. Excellent quality overall. Wish I could buy additional magnets and clips as inevitably, working in a garage, I am going to lose or break them. Hope the manufacturer hears this and offers them for sale. Buy it you won't regret it! (Newer cars have aluminum hoods and trunks so the magnets can't be used for these cars).

Great under hood light.

If you need an under hood light, just buy it... Great light and absolutely no reason to use it on the higher setting. More than enough light on the lower setting, it is out of the way, and illuminates the whole engine bay. I originally wanted a light with a normal plug, but after having this and not tripping over a power cord... like I said, just buy it! Well worth the money.

Bright, Cheap, and Functional

Very suprised for the cost. I use this lamp every day at work, truss rod fits every hood I open. The magnets are the same strength and size as the wand size flashlight, so sometimes I have trust issues. As long as they have a smooth contact surface, the light doesnt fall under its own weight. Works great underneath for framework too. Battery seems to last about 3 or 4 hours, but can always be plugged in while working.

Full time auto tech here.. This light is awesome! It holds firm to hoods whether it's by the telescoping grabber arms or the provided magnet clips. I use it on the low setting and I get around 6 hours run time that way. The quality is very good. Something I'd probably spend $300+ for on the truck. You'll love this light! Worth every penny!!

Bright, charge lasts a long time, magnetic feet work great

Works great, I forgot it on unplugged on high and walked away for 2 hours, and it was still bright. Can light up when it's charging. I rarely use the hood bar, light has magnets that stick to underside of car or under dash, etc..

Great work light.

This was a gift to a guy who loves to tinker with his car. It allows him to get a light in the dark corners under the hood and under the car too. He was delighted to get it and I asked to see how bright it was and I was amazed. It also has a telescope effect so you can securely attach it to multiple places on your car.

Really nice work light for the money.

This light provides great light just about anywhere around a vehicle or even home projects. I have used it under the hood, under the vehicle, (just used it while changing a gas tank) in the attic, and all around the house. I highly recommend this light. The battery lasts for 3-4 hours on the Bright setting, and charges relatively quickly, but I can't say, I usually leave it hooked up to the charger overnight. Also seems to be pretty durable.

Great light rig. A+

Excellent light and setup. Versatile mounting options. Standard under the hood or roof... or use the magnets to mount on your fender while working on your brakes or suspension. Remove from the mount and lay it on the ground when working under the car. It even has an octagon type ridges around each handle to allow different angling of the light. Absolutely recommended and a nice savings over the more expensive Milwaukee light.
