GREAT SET/GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I've been a prime member since forever and never written a review. Here goes: I don't know what to say. This set is beautiful and comfortable! The rocking chairs are wonderful! I am 58 and have never rushed to get to my patio. MORE IMPORTANTLY was the customer service I got when I needed some screws over the weekend. I could have just gone to a hardware store, but I was nervous because I needed the set for a party sunday. They did both -- offered to send the screws the fastest way possible or offer me a $10 credit if I purchased them myself. Ridiculous great customer service and a more than wonderful product! 1-2017 update: can't say enough about this company! They really understand customer satisfaction! I had a problem with the glass top of the table. A replacement arrived today at np cost to me. And I'll say again how much I love the set itself

Looking for a patio set that won’t obstruct your view from the inside?

1) These rocking chairs are very low profile (no head rest). And are the PERFECT height for people who clearly want to see the view from the indoors. Perfect, unobstructed view for beachfront balconies, Mountain View, etc. just any kind of view you DO NOT want obstructed while indoors looking out!!! 😊😊. 2) These chairs may not be right for you if you don’t care about low profile chairs and would like to rest your head back. 3) THIS IS A GORGEOUS, HIGH-QUALITY patio set!!!! Cushions are very comfortable, the chairs rock smooth as butter, and you could easily spend hours just gazing at the view from your patio or balcony. 4) Because the cushions have a removable, zippers cover for easy washing, they are not able to be secured to your chairs. So bring the cushions in on a very windy day or just take your chances they won’t blow away. It would be have to be a very gusty windy day for the cushions to blow away… They are light, but not that light!! I plan to take my chances and just leave them on the chairs. 5) The beautiful hand with and wicker on the brown frame with Paige Christians is very beautiful, and for longevity it is wrapped around solid steel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Great set

Very happy with this set. The chairs do sit a little lower than I expected, but they are very comfortable and they rock. Great set for our little deck. Quickly shipped as well!

Cute/Comfortable

Cute little set for my patio. Directions were pictures only, had minor trouble due to mislabeled parts. All in all, I'd recommend.

Couldn't be happier!

Could not be happier! If you're looking for a small set two chairs and a table this is the set. extremely happy with the quality of the furniture and the ease it was to assemble. And whoever came up with the idea of sending a ratchet tool should be given a raise! I have put together garden furniture before with that silly allen wrench and ended up with sore bleeding fingers by time I was done! The cushions are comfortable and the seat pads Zips off so it's washable. I did a lot of research and for the price you can't go wrong

Very Nice Set

I was a bit concerned when the box arrived with the set, as it seemed small. I was thinking I was going to be disappointed and it was going to be "chintzy". I was proven wrong. I absolutely LOVE the set. It was very easy to assemble and it fits perfectly on my deck. I love the fact that the rockers are lower than the average rocking chair as well. The only thing I would change if I could is the table comes with a dark glass insert. I think it is very nice; however, this set is going to be outside and I worry about it getting scratched. I think I would have liked to have the option of plexy glass. Other than that, it is perfect!

Better than expected

I love this furniture nice black wicker finished. The cushions are comfortable I just wish there was a strap or velcro to hold them in place because its windy where I live. The chairs are very comfortable with the perfect rock and they are roomy. That table was nicer than expected and the perfect size for my balcony

YASSSSS!!! LOVE THESE!!

This set is a steal, the price definitely doesn't reflect the product. It's so durable that it holds our friend who is 6'3" and 300lbs. The chairs are super comfortable, they are pretty low to the ground but that friend and my husband and myself love to sit on the porch in them. They are also beautiful, sleek and didn't take very long to assemble. A def buy :)
