Love this pan!

I love love love this pan. I'm able to make different kinds in one pan. Plain ones, m&m, oreo, etc... all at once. Everyone can have the kind they want! The only one I found to be a little disaster was mixing caramel in one. It leaked into a couple surrounding brownies, but was it really a disaster? They were still good! This pan is easy to use and easy to clean! The brownies just slide right out when you want one! No sticking at all. I'm actually thinking of buying another as a backup incase something happens to mine and I can't find it anymore!

This arrived in perfect timing! I was making lemon bars and brownies for a party and had been eyeing this product so I decided to give it a try. My desserts came out perfectly and were so easy to remove from the pan. I gave it 3 stars for sturdiness because I did notice the dividers do bend very easily so be careful. Another thing I noticed, the box says “metal safe utensil” however the booklet says otherwise, I can see this scratching easily so I would advise against using metal utensils. Have fun!

Love this pan

Love this pan!! I don't even use nonstick spray on it (although it is recommended). So far, brownies are perfect every time. I have also tried Paula Deen's Gooey Butter Cake in it, and even THAT worked. AMAZING!!!

amazing brownie pan

I don't understand why other buyers/reviewers had problems. I love this brownie pan, it's a thousand times better than the first one I tried in which everything stuck to the sides of the pan. This new pan is a bit smaller, which actually gives better, thicker brownies. And nothing sticks, the brownies almost pop out!

Perfect brownies, easy to clean!

I am completely satisified with how my brownies turned out. They came out perfect and without sticking. I made the brownie mix in a bowl instead of in the pan like the photo shows. That looked like it would seep out the bottom for sure. I used a cookie sheet underneath while baking and had a tiny amount of seepage. It did take longer to bake, about 45 minutes on 350. The divider and pan both came out clean. I sprayed the divider with cooking spray as the directions said. I did not spray the pan. It wasn't mentioned, so I didn't. Great easy brownies and no mess. 10/10!

Makes Perfect Brownies

This pan works exactly as advertised. One box of brownie mix into the pan an insert the slicer. Don't forget to spray everything with cooking oil first. Bake as directed, let cool and lift them out with the slicer handles. The bottom insert peels off and the brownies fall out with no sticking. I do wish the grid was 3x4 instead of 3x5 to give larger brownies, but then maybe it wouldn't work as well. Anyway, I can always eat two instead of just one!

we had gotten a Gotham Steel pots and pan set and thought this came with it, but nope.. but I still wanted it, so ordered one up and I'm definitely NOT disappointed. Its so cool how the pan has a false bottom and how the dividers make each brownie the same size. Worth its weight in gold.. well err at least its weight in brownies..

I love this brownie pan! Cuts each piece evenly. Just be sure to spray the Pan and cutter real well with cooking spray. I read in reviews how the brownies mix leaks out the bottom. I just line the pan with parchment paper and spray non stick cooking spray on the paper as well. No leaks and perfectly cooked brownies! You can even add different toppings to half the pan or all. Options are endless.

Happily surprised.

I was reluctant to believe this would work as described. But, IT DOES. Directions and use were straightforward. It cleaned up easily with soap and water, no soaking needed. But most importantly, the brownies came out perfect. I found they cooked a little quicker than the box called for (done in 30 minutes, box said 35-40). The directions recommend adding an extra sheet-pan under the copper pan, in case it leaks. I skipped the extra pan because I lined the copper pan with parchment paper before adding the batter and divider. Made clean up and removal amazingly easy.

Great brownie pan

I was looking for a pan that would fit my air fryer so I could make brownies and this worked perfectly. I sprayed it with some Pam before adding the brownie mix and the cooked brownies came out without getting stuck.
