A versatile and lightweight option to keep my tablet off my lap!

I was looking for a way to keep my tablet off my lap when I'm working and I am so happy that I bought this one. The quality of the lapdesk is excellent. It holds my tablet securely and it's lightweight on my lap. It seems pretty durable and ergonomic. The cushioned pad makes it extra comfy in my lap. My wife and I are going on a trip across the country soon for 6 week and you can bet this will be packed along with our stuff! Overall a fantastic buy and I would (and have already) recommend it for anyone.

Awesome product!

Very comfortable! I love the no-slip grip for the phone. Extremely convenient! My dad likes to sit on his bed while paying the bills and doing paper work with his iPad and iPhone so this was perfect for him. The cushion underneath is also a great touch! Definitely recommend.

Lapdesk, Yet another "word" from the millennia's. But this truly is as stated! Wholly cow this is the best idea ever. It holds my tablet as well as cell phone in place as i sit in bed or on the couch. I even snuck my coffee cup on there for a little while. The Lapdesk held all of my products as the dogs jumped up and down and even as i snuck a kiss to my wife. This is a must have for all of us! I will stuff these into stockings this year!!

I ordered this item with a few questions floating in my mind as to "will my iPad fit that croove and hold it steady?", "is the space between groove and bottom too slippery to hold my keyboard in place?" ... you know, usual questions like that. Well, got the answers: yes and yes and actually better thn I thought the product would be ... it is that. Soft where it should be, groove definitely holds iPad either up or sideways, and my keyboard stays in place nicely. Honestly, I am a bit surprised that the product is made as well as it is for the money. Doesn't happen too often anymore.

Just what I needed

Perfect for my little Samsung Chromebook when I like to write or watch Netflix in bed at night. The gripping pad for the phone is especially nice. Now I don't lose it in the covers anymore! It's also useful for when I read larger books and need something to prop them against. Lightweight and easy to use. Very happy with my purchase.

Really works

Got this because of the slot at the top. Hoped it would fit the new 8 cell battery I got for my Dell Inspiron. It doesn't BUT the battery hangs enough to keep the laptop from sliding around. The battery protrusion was uncomfortable and this solved that problem. I can move the laptop to the side enough to be able to use the mouse on the hard platform. High marks for this at a reasonable price. It arrived day after ordering.

Good size, ridge at bottom holds my iPad in place.

I like the size. I sit in my recliner with my iPad, and my hands got tired of holding it, what a relief it is to have this on my lap. I can’t use the slot with the Speck case on my iPad, but I will figure it out. I play word games a lot, and I am happy to no longer hold the iPad. I think I will buy another for the car. I just received it today, and it is just what I needed. I think I will also like it for reading. I am very satisfied with this purchase. ***perhaps someone can tell what case they use on an iPad Pro, if they have one that will fit in the slot.

Perfect for my needs

I love this. I work from home a lot. I usually work from my desk, but sometimes I like going to bed and doing some light work on my tablet as I rest and watch some TV. The problem has been that I didn't have a good stand to rest my tablet so I would rest it on my thighs or lay on my side and place the tablet on my nightstand, which was okay, but awkward. This provides a nice study stand and allows me to lay flat while I check email, get on Skype, or just whatever. I like that it is fairly thin, but still very sturdy. I just place it behind my nightstand when I'm not using it.

I thought this would be perfect for my granddaughter

I thought this would be perfect for my granddaughter. She absolutely loves this thing She loves playing the role of an executive at an office, so this works great. I got the chance to use it for my tablet, and I do not know if I want to give it back to her! Its cushioning allows you to sit comfortably anywhere!

A Fantastic Product!

This is a wonderful product! It is light-weight, easy to use and carry. The lip that keeps the computer from sliding onto my lap is big enough to keep the computer in place. Other lap desks didn't have a big enough "lip" to keep my MacBook from sliding down. It has a handle so you can carry it easily. Very, very comfortable while you are using it. The customer service was the best I have ever encountered. Do not hesitate to purchase this lap desk!
