Excellent, it’s the only bread that I eat. Great with just butter, a nice cheese a salad, voilà dinner. Oh, a glass of wine 🍷 too.

If you like Wonder bread type breads forget it. This Mestemacher bread is the read deal. REAL BREAD. Very good texture. Excellent taste. There isn't any thing better you can put in your mouth as far as I am concerned. Earthy taste, filling, a satisfyingly a good chew.

The price was a bit high for these breads, but the products are excellent in taste and nutrition. Nice for snacks. 1/2 of one of these breads is as filling as two regular breads. I’m willing to pay the price.

These are pretty large one piece is big enough to satsfy hunger for hours. Better tgan oatmeal, good source of iron. The price is a little too high! I wish they coukd be less expensive so I could get them more often.

The bread is heavy and meaty. This and Guinness share some characteristics. Toast it, brings out its similarity to a favorable cigar. A bread to stand against any robust cheese or putrid wine. Been buying and eating these breads for thirty years, maybe 100 loaves. You'll reserve this bread it's own corner in you cupboard. You may not want to share.
