New life for a ‘82 Brother VX757 mechanical sewing machine (e.g. not computerized)

Plug and play, good low end speed control and good control throughout speed range. 4 stars for durability because of the plastic housing but my serger and the portable mode of my industrial sailmaking machine both have the same type of control and it stands up to heavy use. Great value for the money!
