Great to have a healthy, good tasting snack. Very happy with Barnana Banana Brittle and it's fun to say.

I wasn't too sure about these, but we've been experimenting a bit in this household with foods from all over the place. The story on the back of the bag intrigued me. "It all started in 1981 when my father began dehydrating bananas from our backyard in Southern Brasil. Today, we are on a mission to end food waste by upcycling bananas that don't qualify to leave the farm. Not every banana is perfect, but lucky for you we don't judge a banana by its peel." Okay, yeah, that got my attention. I've spent a lot of time over the past seventeen years working at food pantries and food banks, encouraging people to make use of less than perfect food -- whether that be dented cans, produce past its prime, day old bread, or restaurant leftovers. A company that uses the bananas that don't look good enough, and turns them into healthy snacks? Oh, yeah. I'm totally in favor of that. Everyone in my family loved these -- from the 12 year old, to the three teens, to my husband and myself. There is definitely a bit of the dark chocolate bitterness, which I think is perfectly offset by the sweetness of the bananas. What I really love is that I can eat five or six, and feel satisfied. I don't feel compelled to finish the bag. I want to try some other flavors now.

These chunks of nutty banana brittle are delicious. This is not like traditional brittle, the hard candy usually made with peanuts. These are mostly very small, broken pieces of a crunchy, toasted, crumbly confection that tastes like banana and peanuts. It's sweet, savory, and has a slight caramel taste. It is ambrosia. It is food of the gods. I love it!! I like the non-GMO, upcycled qualities too but ultimately if a snack doesn't taste good, it's not worth inserting into my piehole. This stuff is addictive; I ate the entire package in 1.5 sittings about 5 mins. apart. Although I admire that the bag includes a resealing strip that actually works, I found I didn't need it because I like this too much. If you like the taste of bananas, this is the snack for you. And I imagine it's healthier than some other sweet snacks on the market. Enjoy!! I know I will.

Love the mixture of the banana & chocolate flavors! These have a nice crunch to them and the size of each piece is perfectly bite sized. You also don't feel bad eating these!! :)

My favorite snack! Always delicious!

Thissss is bananas B.A.N.A.N.A.S. I love barnana peanut butter chews but this brittle is off the chain ! Cinnamon flavor with the chocolate takes it to next level good

Delicious! Sweet, but not too sweet. Crunchy not sticky. Perfection 💜💜

Our family of six consumes a lot of snacks, especially chips and crackers, but we have been trying to find healthier alternatives. These Barnana Peanut Butter Banana Brittle are so good, I couldn't bring myself to share (ok, maybe I let everyone try ONE piece...) Taste is subjective, but these have a nice, sweet flavor with the yummy mix of peanut butter and banana. They are a bit sticky, but they have a nice crunchy "snap" to them that reminds me of ginger cookies. My son and youngest daughter loved them as well! The serving size is fairly reasonable, but be sure to measure out the 1oz serving before you start snacking, because these are so addictive -- and I have no self-control because I ate a whole bag for lunch! A 1-oz serving is 140 calories, with a (Spark) breakdown of 18g Carbs / 2g Protein / 7g Fat (so, the whole bag is 490 calories, with a breakdown of 63g Carbs / 7g Protein / 24.5g Fat -- eek! I probably need to limit my intake.. ) Very simple, understandable ingredients. I like that these are made with "up-cycled" bananas that might have had an unsightly peel or something that would have otherwise been discarded. Bonus: USDA certified organic, Grain/Gluten Free, Kosher, Vegan, Fair-Trade certified and Non-GMO! We got them in May 2018 and the Best-By date is through March 2019. Also, the bag is resealable. These are kind of pricey at around $5 for a very small bag, but I've already ordered more because I'm craving them now!

I almost didn’t order based on some of the reviews. Thank goodness I ordered. Absolutely delicious. My new favorite snack !!!
