Incredible variety of beautiful colors; I don't see any duplicates. This pearl cotton is easy to handle and has a lovely sheen. The spools say 95 yards and I believe it. They are big.fat spools but doubt you could match them; there are no color numbers. But who cares? There is enough to do plenty of embroidery to your heart's content. And what a value, unbelevable price!

I really like this thread. It's not number 10 it's 8 it fills like two strand of embroidery. To me anyway the colors are so beautiful I liken looking at them I pur based it from Amazon.

Great for tiny crochet

I am a small business crocheter and bought this for tiny amigurumi. I ordered this based on the variety in colors. 90 balls and very few duplicates (i think i have 2 or 3) there are so many shades, the thread itself, is nice and tightly wound so it doesn't fray or unravel when using like some other kinds of crochet thread. I am currently using a "B" or 2.25mm hook and could go smaller. I do wish it came color coordinated so like shades are together, as it can be deceptive looking at 3 pinks in each bag thinking they are the same when they are not. Also, some balls are nice and tightly wound where others are sliding off and have tangled. Overall, very happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying again when time to restock in a few months.

Vibrant, soft, and strong

I’ve been crocheting mandalas with the 5-yard bundles of embroidery thread for a while and finally decided to buy larger bundles. I haven’t been so excited to receive an item in a long time. The colors are super vibrant and hardly any repeats. The thread is soft and strong enough to handle stubborn stitches.
