great Electrolyte supplement

I am 77 and work in the yard in South carolina 105 degree heat index . also play golf and Walk in the same . these tablets are a life saver . Start taking them before you start an activity. Much better then Gatorade that contains far too much sugar.

took a plane...and along came a gastro

After arriving at my destination, I got very sick. Had caught a bug. The whole family got sick too. Not a very good outcome for the least. But my daughter had just the thing to help with hydration. These Nuun are just marvellous!!! Helped very much, at one point was the only thing staying down. What I like the most is that you can put one in your handbag. One doesn't have to be sick to take them, you can re-hydrate after exercices or before, or a day where it is very hot, and you didn't drink water enough. They come with a variety of mission: from Vitamin C to electrolytes. One for every occasion one could say. I highly recommend them. All of them.

Best daily use hydrator

Love the bright citrusy flavor of these Nuun tablets. Have been incorporating it into my daily morning routine (especially after working late nights in a busy restaurant, plus any dehydrating alcohol post-work and pre-bed). Have noticed an increase in my morning energy naturally from having one tablet in about 10 oz. of water.

This is a solid performer for endurance on long mountain hikes

I've used this for the past few years and it has never failed giving me the electrolytes and hydration I need for long arduous hikes. By long I'm thinking 10 or more miles with 4500 ft elevation change. The nice thing about this product is there's no sugar and my camelbak doesn't get gooked up by the nuun.

Good Flavor, Good Energy needed

I was reccomended by a friend to give these a shot, and seeing them use it in person convinced me to try it with my work out routine, I do belive this is a good alternative to get the needed energy and burn while working out

Better than Gatorade

Great product. Works better than Gatorade, usually take one to two tabs while working out. I usually feel out of it after a hard session, after taking these I feel I have more in the tank. Tastes good and little sugar content.

Electrolyte replacement

I add one tab to bottle of water for spinning class.it replaces what you lose through sweat and keep you going through the class.i have used nuun for years and will keep buying them to stay healthy.electrolyte rep

Electrolytes for leg cramps

A friend shared these with me. Morning leg cramps were crippling, and Nuun tablets are helping me tremendously. If you have leg/foot cramps, these are certainly worth trying.

I love this stuff

Tastes great and allows me to go twice as hard and long on my bike rides. I was sleeping for hours after my bike rides during the summertime in Austin and someone recommended I try electrolytes. Highly recommended if you live in a warm climate and exercise outside!

Extra Energy

This product is easy to carry and is helpful when you are feeling sluggish. I use it when I am working out or play golf and it has made a huge difference in my energy level. Also it tastes good. So far I have only gotten the Lemon Lime but I will definitely try the other flavors.
