Surprisingly incredible!

These are perfect! When I first took them out of the box I was instantly disappointed because they felt light and cheap. But then I realized that they really are glass and they really are just light. Still, I was skeptical until I poured my first espresso - then WOW! The outer glass stays cool to the touch no matter what, while the hot beverage stays hot. Drinking from them is exquisite. I'm in awe at how great these are. Big YES from me!

Good mugs, great service

The mugs are awesome, and Essential Products Service was even better. I had a little hiccup with the shipment (cracked mug) and they sent another immediately. Good dudes.

Perfect Espresso Cups!

I got my husband a mini Nespresso machine, but it didn't come with cups. He tried using a regular cup but that didn't work out. Back I went to Amazon, found these (how nice that you get a pair) and ordered them. Thanks to Prime, two days later he was sipping his espresso from this perfect little cup. It is just the right size, double walled and insulated, sleek design and dishwasher safe - just what we needed. Recommend highly.

Perfect for our coffee loving household

I am overjoyed at the size of the cups. I brew nespresso lungo size and the ounce size is perfect for the coffee and rum chata. Fits well in the hand and coffee stays hot till the very last sip. They are glass so, I plan to treat them as such. But Joy Jolt must be proud of their products because they stamp each one. I plan to purchase the tumblers next.

Replaced my Bodum glasses with these and am very satisfied

I have been using Bodum glasses for years and decided to give this company a shot since they are slightly less expensive. I am really glad I did because they are terrific. They are slightly smaller is physical size than the equivalent Bodum glasses but actually hold more.(about half an ounce more...) It looks like they are slightly wider and the space between the glass walls is a little smaller. I am not sure why but my coffee seems to stay a little hotter and the rim at the top just feels better. I only hand wash my double walled glasses and hope these last a very long time. I am likely going to purchase a second set along with some other sizes.

These are beautiful glasses for espresso. One of the glasses leaked about a month later. Martin from Joy Jolt sent me a nice e-mail. Then sent me out a new set of glasses, and accompanied by a lovely letter! This company is all about customer service that goes above and beyond!! I love these beautiful espresso glasses. Cheaper, as good with some advantages over competitors

It's a funny thing... I ordered these for a Valentines Day gift and got a similar gift of a different brand, so I am able to compare first hand. At the time the Bodum Bistro mugs were $30 (now just two weeks later they're much less on Amazon :0 ) but no matter. I ordered the Joy Jolt for half what the Bodums would have cost. But the gift that I received was the Zwilling/Henckels version (not purchased on Amazon) that cost $35. Personally I'm not seeing much if any difference in quality in all three brands. I actually like the handle better on the Joy Jolt cups better. They are easier to hold on to because of their shape and thickness. The Joy Jolt cups are wider than the Zwillings and just fit under the spout of our espresso machine, a Gaggia Classic, even with a small scale (I measure each shot with the scale). The Zwilling cups are too tall for any clearance, so I have to make the shot in a smaller cup then pour it into the Zwilling whereas I can pull directly into the Joy Jolt cups. These cups at the time were half price of the Bodum and are will almost 20% less. While I'm no expert I'm thinking the quality is as good with the Joy Jolts and so far very happy with the purchase.

Perfecto!

I ordered this set of two cups for my Pixie espresso machine. The set of cups I already had did not accommodate the larger volume of Lungo. Not only are the JoyJolt Mugs the right size, but they are light and sturdy, and due to the double-wall design, they retain the heat of my drink longer than my ceramic cups. Plus they were a steal - a well-known kitchen supply store wanted close to $25 for ONE double-wall Lungo cup. The photo shows the little happy corner on my credenza in my office!

Initial reaction... Upset. Didn't arrive just broken, but totally shattered... Like my expectations. UPDATE: There are no words that can describe the customer service other than "perfect". After reading my review, the co-founder, Martin sent out a replacement set of glasses immediately. Five star service deserves to be recognized.
