Colorful and so easy to fly!

I bought a three pack for the grandkids to use on our beach vacation. These kites are a soft aerofoil, no spars. Only assembly is tying the included kite string to the kite. Extremely stable, even in light wind. I think you could tie a kite to a stake and it would remain airborne all day without much attention. We lost one kite into the ocean because the end of the string wasn't tied to its keeper. Other than that, these are very affordable quality kites, easy for anyone to fly, and so fun for the grandkids. My highest recommendation.

Best ever!!!!!!!!

I have never had success with kites in my lifetime, but I read the reviews and bought these anyway with a little hope that they would work on the beach. These are the easiest kites to fly ever! I wasn't even trying and it was airborne! We had so much fun and I would recommend these 100%. Perfect for kids and SO easy to fly. I love EVERYTHING about them!

awesome quality, and super cute kites

I was invited to a 4 year old's birthday party, and I always hate bringing a present for only the birthday kid when they have sisters and/or brothers, so I saw this and thought it would be a perfect "group gift" for the other kids. The quality for this price is unbelievable, I was really shocked at how nice these are. The kids LOVED them, they immediately took them out to choose which one they each wanted... and they each have their own pouch to store them in. Not only did the kids love them, but a few parents asked where I purchased them because they loved them too, and wanted to get them for their kids. These kites were a HUGE hit at a party with about 15 kids between the ages of 4 - 12... I highly recommend them!

Got up super easy though with lots of wind

Cute 3 pak - Flew immediately ! However., when no wind and trying to run it just folds up on itself. Got up super easy though with lots of wind ! The minute I hit a pocket of no wind it would start to dive down - After it crashing a few times the string got toooo twisty on itself and made it more difficult to fly - so would have to cut the string and unwind/ untwist to start over as it is almost impossible to untwist with kite attached . The other mollusk guy flew great too, and when I managed to land him in the water and pull him out , It STILL got back up even when wet ! I hadn't been kite flying in 7 years and this definitely made me want to Do it again soon and try different types of kites now.

Great beginner kites

Awesome kites. Needed more wind, but we had fun. Had to look up on YouTube how to tie the line, but there are directions with diagrams. The line was better than expected. The only thing we noticed is that after a few hours of the kites twisting during flying that the line also twisted and put too much tension on one of the three guidelines on the kites. It seems this would happen with any multi line kite. I bought another that is a bit nicer, but for a cheap afternoon with friends this was unbeatable for the price

These are great flyers!

We have tried several kites and these are the best! These are excellent flyers. You don't have to assemble the kite at all. You just remove the elastic from the tail and tie the string on. These pretty much fly themselves. The material is high quality. The tail makes a nice sound in the wind. 12 mph seems to be just right, but these can handle some variability - though of course it won't fly if there is no wind or very inconsistent wind. Very happy with these kites!

kites, with super long tails, I learned my lesson!

They're kites, they are cheap, they are well made, they fly high, there's no issue with them. Be advised, all three string spools were not attached to the handle. I unraveled all three spools, tied them to the handle, and wrapped them back up. You also have to tie the spool to a knot of 6, 8 ,10? strings on each kite. A fishing line swivel-type attachment point would be ideal, to prevent them tangling if they spin. In hindsight, I would have went with something more basic, no tails, a single attachment string.

Great for a steady breeze

Tried to fly when we first arrived at the beach but the winds were 25 mph or more so it did not do well. When the winds died down to around 10 mph it flew great. It works best if you are able to hold the parafoil open to help the air fill in. I really enjoyed it once the wind died down!
