Light Red, why is the dark red 3x the price ⁉️.....

Well, to be honest, I'd much prefer the Dark Red Beans BUT, THE RED BEANS WERE 3 TIMES THE COST. And I really would like to know why? I don't understand. They are coming from Bush's right?
