Great flavored chewable candy

Hi-Chew has robust flavors compared with other fruit flavored "chewable" products. The only problem I've found is that it's hard to stop consuming them when I should. Each item is individually packaged which keeps them from sticking together.

Chewy Perfection

I have an addiction to these things. I especially love mango, strawberry, and apple. There's just something about the chewiness of these things that you can't find in any other treat. They are perfection with chewiness. Way better than Starbursts, jelly beans, and other chewy gooey treats. I would say I like gummies equally as well. These are not the same texture of a gummy, so I shouldn't even include them in the equation. Happy Chewing!! :)

Addictive

I bought these candies as a gift for my friend. Unfortunately for her, I ate them before she had a chance to try them herself. They are incredibly addicting and, at least for me, they don't taste super artificial like most other candy.

My life is complete now that I have hi chews. The addictive chew and strong flavor of these bite sized wonders never ceases to amaze me and stimulate my senses. I would travel across the globe to purchase these candies and I would do it a thousand times over again. I would eat a bag of these in one sitting and never regret the extra pounds. I would devote my life to the creation of the hi chew and the study of the wonders inside and live a long and prosperous life doing so. I would write an extensive and lengthy novel- no, a trilogy- devoted to my love for these marvelous blessings that our heavenly father has bestowed upon this earth. Hi chews have changed my life for the better and I strongly recommend that you purchase 10 bags and never look back because you will never love or care about anything more than the hi chew.

Not that sour. But still delicious.

I am always looking for the super-sour candies. Remember Altoid's Tangerine Sours? Yeah, that is the sour level I want. So these are not that sour. They remind me of Starburst. Denser, without the food coloring and maybe a smidge more sour. So I was disappointed. However, they are an awesome candy. I cannot stop eating them. I would give them 5 stars just be cause they are really good. But I was searching for super-sour and these are not. Update. I have changed my review from 4 to 5 stars. Because they may not be the sour level I want, but they are one of my favorite candies now.

Fruity Deliciousness!

Tried these by chance upon leaving a restaurant after dining. They were set out as a courtesy and I had no idea they were so good! I've been a fan ever since.

The worst part about them is they are individually wrapped...makes it harder to keep eating them at a rapid rate. Love the cherry flavor the most. Will be buying more as soon as my bag gets low.

Hi-Chew! Gesundheit!

Love this candy from Japan. First bought it at a Japanese book store (before it came to America officially) and yeah, it's great stuff. Kinda like a Starburst but with Hi-Chew's own signature flavors, and chewier (not quite so hard starting out). It's kinda like a gum you can safely swallow, and melts better. When someone says, 'Hi-Chew?', be sure to say 'Gesundheit' for a cheap joke! :D

I love Hi-Chews - addictive as heck

I randomly picked up a bag of Hi-Chew at World Market one day, boy was that a bad idea. These candies from Japan are great. Very fruity-flavorful, incredibly chewy, and taste great. I noticed these were made in the USA, but I could discern no taste difference from the imported ones. The bag I got included Strawberry, Green Apple, Mango, and Cherry. Each piece is individually wrapped. The closest candy I can compare Hi-Chews to are Laffy Taffy. They have a similar consistency and flavor profile. However I tend to find Hi-Chews taste a bit more natural. My favorites are the Hi-Chew Sours. Hopefully those will become more readily available one day.

This candy is like no other. Excellent flavor and texture. Strawberry is my favorite flavor of hi chew which is why I ordered it on amazon specifically for just strawberry. Very happy with this vendor- shipped almost immediately after ordering and arrived super fast! Also I appreciate the price, very reasonable. Cheaper than I could have gotten in stores!
