It really seemed to cut my appetite. As far as taking regular cider vinegar I couldn't tolerate swallowing it.I take 2 a day usually with 2 meals or sometimes together with one meal. I have lost 9 lbs since I have been taking them!

This product was great first and foremost. I could not do the brags apple cider thing, but this product made it easier to take in. You don't have to smell the apple cider vinegar, therefore, making you gag. I ended up losing a total of 10 pounds off of one bottle. Helps stomach bloat

tAs you can see from the phone I’ve posted before starting this I had stomach bloat. I also have a postpartum body which makes weight loss a bit harder than usual. I was very iffy on taking this so I began with 1 a day after a meal. I noticed it caused me headaches. Assuming so because I didn’t eat a large enough meal before taking this. It has curved my appetite, it gives me a little burst of energy and has kept my bowl movements regular (tmi sorry) I’ve lost the total of 6 lbs in 3 weeks without even exercising or “dieting”.
