Best gaming chair for a budget price!

Honestly for the price you can't get a better gaming chair. I wanted a dxracer, but the prices are insane. I'm extremely glad I found these chairs. They're comfortable, sit high which is important for ppl over 6ft tall. I have bought 3 of them for my family. Customer service is top notch!! Had an issue (not with the chair itself, I accidentally ordered the wrong one) and they responded super fast and fixed the issue right away. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great chair without the insane price tag.

Great value for a gaming chair and awesome customer service!

This is my first gaming chair and I love it! The right side bottom plastic seat cover got damaged during shipping. But the customer service through email was fast and easy. No hassle! The chair was also easy to assemble. I’m not used to the ergonomic seat pads yet. But if I can’t get used to them, then I’ll just not use them or maybe try out a cotton mesh one I saw in the store the other day.

Amazing quality and comfortable

I got this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. He’s a gamer, and stays in his chair for hours. He has gone through 2 chairs in less than two years. He sits on them for so long, it loses cushion really fast. I knew I needed to find a gaming chair that was at a fair price when great cushion. I had a hard time at first because not a lot of places ship to Hawaii. I came across this chair and it seemed so perfect for the price. I read the reviews but I was scared to buy it because it was under 200$ and most great gaming chairs are way more than that. I knew I really had to get a good one that’ll last. I made up my mind and ordered it. It came literally one week later, so he got to open it as a early Christmas gift. It was so easy to put together, I did it myself while he was playing games. Took me no more than 20 minutes. I was already in love with the material when I opened the box but I was even more in love when I put it together. Overall I think it’s so comfortable and amazing quality! The only thing my boyfriend doesn’t like is that he can’t play crossed legged anymore because the seat is narrow and lifts up at the end lol. Oh well, he can manage and find a new way to play. Definitely recommend buying!!

Best Gaming Chair at this price

I am writing this review after a year and half because I wanted to test out the quality and durability of this chair given its price point before I give my opinions out to other users. I am writing this review due to my recent interactions with their customer service. The chair was out of warranty and they replaced the broken parts without any questions. I was willing to pay for the shipping but Mary from customer service took care of it for me and I didn't have to pay anything out of my pocket even though it was out of warranty. They handled everything flawlessly via email. 5 stars for that. Pros: Quality is solid Cushions are soft Pads are still firm Not noisy. Perfect amount of weight for balance Chair is grippy and hugs you when you sit. Comfortable to sit in for hours at times. Used mainly for productivity and moderate gaming. Cons: Handle bars are soft and screws may come lose if you put pressure on them to lift your self up. (They seems to upgrade that in their newer models but mine is a year and half old). Plastic chair base swivel is soft and may crack at the bottom where it comes in contact with the gas lift mechanism. Other minor nitpicking things that are not even worth mentioning. Great buy overall. I am very happy. I recommend and would buy again.

A bad situation turned good again

The chair's base legs broken almost instantly. They snapped straight in half. It seemed like maybe they had been in extreme heat storage conditions. But non the less, I emailed customer service from the contact page on their website. They got back with me the next day and we started a process of getting me new base legs. They arrived very quickly and have been holding up great. Just make sure you still under factory warranty and they will take care of you, no problem.

Very Impressed

First off, I just want to say that this is a very good company. They have the best customer service that I have seen with any online company that I have ever dealt with. Other companies should take notes on how they should handle problems from this company. Now On to my review of this chair. I purchased the chair almost 5 months ago now and was pretty hyped about getting it. It is not very easy to find a chair for a larger person. I weigh 299 pounds and needed something that would support that. Some of the other office chairs I have had in the past said that they did support up to and over my weight and the gas cylinder would always give out. So far, I have not had any issues with it. Now I did have a few problems with the chair, and the company fixed the problem right away. The first was comfort. When I first got the chair, it was kind of stiff which is expected of a new chair. But the wings on the side of it would rub on my legs making it painful to sit in the chair for more than an hour. It seemed that the metal bars in it were too far pressed in. I contacted the company about it to see what they could do to fix the problem and they sent me out a cushion to help raise me above the cushion. That was good enough for me. Eventually I ended up not having to use the cushion. (I was working on losing weight.) They second problem happened with the wheel base. One of the supports that held the wheels in place had come apart. I contacted the company right away and sent them a picture of the problem and they sent me out a new base. Not the easiest to change out once you have set it in place. But after watching videos on YouTube I was able to get it replaced. Now 4 months later I did have another issue with the chair which actually happened to me 1 week ago now from this date. My arm rests were moving around a lot and I didn't understand why. So, I flipped the chair over to check and see if the screws had come loose. They were not loose at all. I then went ahead and took the arm rests off and as soon as I did I noticed a metal bar had fallen. I removed the felt that was hiding it and seen that the welds that held the bar in place had failed. I am not going to lie I was pretty bummed about it. I contacted the company and explained to them what happened, I sent in pictures to show the problem. They got back to me within hours of my complaint and sent me out another seat to replace the old one. I just got it 2 days ago and put it on and all is good again. Now one thing I noticed about the new chair seat is that the metal bars are not sticking in my side. Either I have lost weight (I have.) or they have fixed that problem. Either way I am completely happy. Now I am sure that there are other chairs out there that are a bit better in comfort but they also cost a lot more. This is a very nice chair for anyone looking to get a gaming office chair and not break the bank in the process. Just a few pros and cons about the chair. Pros: 1. Great Customer Service from the company. They actually uphold a warranty. 2. Affordable price for a gaming office chair. 3. The recline feature comes in handy and is really nice. Cons: 1. The arm rests should be a bit higher or be able to extend higher then what is allowed currently. 2. Not the most comfortable chair if you sit in it for extended times. More cushion could help this problem. Overall, I am really happy with my purchase and would recommend and use this company again in the future. I hope that someone finds this review helpful when going to purchase a affordable office chair.

Great for Streamers, Gamers, and Editors

I honestly cannot imagine going back to my old chair after using this for a few weeks. I used to go to bed every night with back pain, this chair fixed all of my back problems. I can sit in this chair for lengthy periods of time to stream, game, edit videos, and chat with friends with no aches or pains. The box did get a bit beat up during shipping, which was to be expected, it is a good sized box and fairly heavy as well. Assembly was super easy to follow (I was able to do it all myself, although it would have been easier with a second pair of hands). The instructions were inside of the plastic wrapped back piece, which did take me a while to find. It fits perfectly underneath my desk and reclines back fully to lying position easily with no issues whatsoever. There was a tiny bit of cosmetic damage to the chair, but, it is small enough that no one would ever see it unless someone was looking for it. The chair overall feels very sturdy and looks expensive. The support pillows are phenomenal, I was searching primarily for a chair that offered them, and couldn't be happier with them overall. If anyone is searching for an upgrade from a crummy chair to a nice, professional looking chair, this is highly recommended.

Great chair

Got it yesterday and so far I love it. The kids especially love the racing part. Putting it together was easy, and I LOVE how they have the screws separated by the proper areas and it is nicely labeled. The lumbar support is a little big, but I'm thinking it will compress down in time. Moving the lumbar up and down is a little difficult as the strap is very tight when going behind the seat. I think in time that this too will get a little easier. The hand rests are a little loose on the turning right/left. I've tightened the screws, but I may look into that more to see if there is something I missed. It is very sturdy and the back does lay down to almost flat. The level for the back tilt reminds me a pull emergency brake. Overall I am very impressed.
