After having a stroke and major brain surgery, my hubby was having a very difficult time with dizziness. We went through a bunch of these. They held up pretty good and were made like the ones they had in the hospital. We didn't event try to the twist close though. We just twisted and discarded. We used the smaller scented no leak trashbags so that wasn't necessarily a feature I had to have. The were cost effective and arrived quickly with Amazons 2-day shipping. Overall, great product and reasonable price.

Emesis Bags are needed at a moments notice. The product's design allows it to hide in many easily accessed locations. It opens easily, even in a rush. Due to a chronic condition, I am often suddenly overwhelmed with nausea. I have little time to get to the bathroom. Also, my legs are pretty crippled up. Had I not been introduced to these round plastic bags in the hospital my life would include far more "clean-up on aisle 5" if you get my drift. I keep the bags in a tray next to my bed. If I suddenly feel ill I can grab one and sit on the edge of the bed. When I am done the bag goes in the trash. There is no mopping up afterward. The bags cost 38 cents each. I call that a bargain. I buy about a hundred at a time and store them in a supply closet. I take out 6-8 (as needed) to keep by the bed. Only 2 are visible in the tray. Just knowing I have a good supply gives me great peace of mind. I would never allow myself to run out of Emesis Bags.

I was an overnight rideshare driver in a college town and purchased these bags because grocery store bags and drunk college students are a terrible combination. These bags saved my car many times, and even worked when my dog became carsick! I still have plenty of them and use them for trash in my car as I gave up on the rideshare gig. Good bang for the buck.

Discovered these bags during an out-patient hospital procedure. What a genius idea compared to those crazy kidney-shaped basins they used to hand out. I came home, found on Amazon and ordered. Didn’t plan on getting sick, but lo and behold, my grandkids soon shared their stomach bug with me. I cannot say enough how relieved I felt that I had these on hand. I won’t get into gory details, but it’s so much nicer than using a pail, seeing contents, and having to dump and clean the pail out — all while sick. I believe I read someone complaining the little notches in the rim didn’t work in sealing off bag. I became an expert (unfortunately, lol) after having to use FIVE of them. Just twist the middle of the bag very tightly so it’s not thick, and it'll insert. Worst case scenario, just use a twist 'em.

We keep these in the car for when stomach bugs hit the kids unexpectedly. Seriously saves us so much clean up and they store very tiny so they dont take up much space!

Bought these for my wife as she entered her chemo treatments. We put them in the car and in the bedroom and everywhere we thought they might be handy. My wife says using the emesis bags are more convenient than being on your hands and knees in front of the toilet bowl. I choose these as the price was right and the quantity made the cost per bag lower.

I purchased this item originally for my 4 year old because he gets car sick a lot. This product has saved my and my husband’s car seats many times. I work in hospitals and I think the quality of these bags are more durable than the ones at the hospital. We have used them first hand in our family and there have never been any leaks or problems with them. I like about they are stackable and you can store them in small places. We keep some in our night stands, in our car arm rests and in our couch arm rests. You never know when you might need them. Since I have purchased these I have ordered more. My father in law is not on hospice and uses these on a daily. They have been easy for him to use on his own and have kept from a big mess happening. This is a great product and I will continue to purchase these for our family.

These bags work very well and they are strong enough to take a little abuse.

I ordered these again at a stop light after I handed my child the last of my initial stash. They are a lifesaver to have in the car. They have saved many a car seat, hours of cleaning and oh, that dreaded smell. Oh, that smell. Get them, stash them everywhere and save yourself from that smell!

When you have a chronic gastrointestinal condition that causes frequent vomiting these things are a must. Or even for car sickness, stomach flu, or just to have on hand. I literally have them stashed in my car, purse, and several places throughout my home. Same quality, containable and disposable like emesis bags I would be handed in the hospital. Definitly a lot better than bending over the toilet. Thank you! :)
