Exemplary Customer Service and Very Functional Set

Editing review, and for good reason! Products often don't last, so I kind of wrote this off when it broke, even though we loved the set. The salt and pepper grinders were stylish, held a lot, and we loved the stand that clicks them into place so you can carry it to and from the table. I wrote a review that a piece broke off of the salt grinder so it no longer worked. To my GREAT surprise, the owners of this small family-run company contacted me and offered to refund, replace, etc. since it was obviously defective. They were so kind and generous, I didn't even accept all they wanted to do for me. They promptly replaced the set, and we are thrilled with it! AND they gave me a coupon for another purchase. Companies often don't stand behind their products, so when someone does, I really want folks to know! This makes me feel really good about supporting Willow & Everett. Perfect set for those who love fresh ground salt and pepper.

I love these grinders! They are made of glass and stainless steel and are very comfortable in my hands. I love that the grinder part turns upright after you have used it and has a cap to keep the table top clean. My previous grinders remained grinder down after use and left bits of salt and pepper all over the table and counter top. These grinders resolve that problem perfectly. I'll be buying another set for my RV.

Beautiful set

I had been looking for a good pepper grinder and stumbled upon this set quite by accident during the most recent Prime Day event. The set arrived very quickly and was nicely packaged. I originally thought that it would be a bit smaller (it initially struck me as appropriate for a restaurant due to its size), but I have adjusted to that surprise. The grinders are adjustable, which is fabulous. Also, there is a handy carrying stand that makes it very easy for me to store on my dining room table and transport to the kitchen for times when I'm cooking. I received several nice emails from the company inquiring about whether I had any questions or concerns about the product, and which also included a really nice ebook of recipes. I am thrilled that I made this purchase. I use it every day.

Great looking set, easy to use!

I bought this set as a Christmas present for my husband and he loved it. We are always buying the "disposable" small grinders from our local grocery story. This is a chance to use higher quality seasonings. This set came simply packaged. There were no cleaning instructions. We hand washed all the parts and allowed them to air dry. You can adjust the setting for the grain you would like from fine to coarse. The grinders turn with ease and are a very good looking set. I purchased the Spicy World Peppercorn: Spicy World Peppercorn (Whole)-Black Tellicherry, 16 Oz. bag The flavor is great! I also purchased the Spice Lab's Himalayan Crystal Salt. Best Grind Ever!

Best salt and pepper grinders out there! I bought one set, tried them, then turned around and bought a second set for upstairs (so my lazy butt doesn't have to hike downstairs for the things, because the older I get, the more I forget to put the salt and pepper on it before going upstairs to eat, d'oh!). Really nice design, adjustable grind, too, easy to use, and I like that this has a holder. Excellent price, fast shipping... really good quality mills.

Very attractive and grind well too.

These are very nice grinders. The stand is a nice bonus specially when setting a table. I also like the cap, it adds a nice finishing touch. I don't know if these are "forever" Salt and Pepper grinders but they seem very well built and should be a good value. The company seems genuinely interested in customer satisfaction and appears to want to do anything reasonable to make things right. I would buy these again.

These salt and pepper shakers are affordable and easy to use

These salt and pepper shakers are affordable and easy to use. They are glass with stainless steel as the actual grinding component. Very easy to use and luckily has two settings, one for a coarse grind and one for a fine grind. Overall they're very easy to clean and maintain, if you do wash the main grinder component make sure to dry thoroughly. In my excitement to use the pepper grinder I did not do so and was treated to a nice pepper mush which was easily cleaned out again, but lesson learned. Each shaker has a stainless steel cap to keep the dust and other particulates out of the main unit, I find it looks quite nice when displayed in a kitchen next to other kitchen accouterments especially if those are also stainless steel. One final note, they do come empty so go to your favorite local store and pick up some of your favorite grindable salt and pepper.

I've had these for a few months - no problems!!

This is a very pretty, simple salt/pepper grinder set. My kitchen is done all in a dark gray granite and stainless steel, so these blend in just perfectly as a bonus. We use pink Himalayan salt and I am considering buying another set for some other salts we were given as housewarming gifts.

Excellent salt & pepper set

Love this set! Finally! The mess left behind by salt & pepper grinders is gone! Having the grinders on top, with lids, glass containers, plus the stand is perfect! So far, works perfectly. Excellent quality.

Nice Quality Salt & Pepper Grinders

Nice medium-size salt & pepper grinders. Easy to fill by unscrewing metal top and filling glass decanters. To use, remove the lids on the top, adjust the coarseness of the grind by turning the dial inside, turn over, and twist the metal top to grind and dispense. Having lids is a plus to keep everything clean and contained.
