Very pleased with my purchase of this portable far infrared sauna

The box arrived very quickly, less than a week. Extremely easy to set up. I used it right away. There is a new smell but no chemical smell or nasty off-gassing. It heats up very quickly and although I didn't sweat buckets I did perspire slightly at 150F, the highest setting. I use a towel on the seat and I wrap a towel around my neck. It's very easy to operate. I feel a difference using this sauna, I sleep really well! It's helping with my allergies and no doubt with other health issues I have, namely adrenal fatigue. I know this therapy is highly effective for detoxing, especially if used every day. The unit is very well designed with a soft, quilted silver outside. The negative ion ionizer must be the little box on the back of the unit, and this is one of the reasons I got this model. I like the heated footpad and always use it. I have the sauna set up in a warm bathroom which helps create more possibility for sweating. Everyone is different with regard to the level of sweating. There are several YouTube videos I've watched on Near and Far Infrared saunas that address this. Exercising before has helped me sweat more. The far infrared is very therapeutic, sweating or not. Currently, I'm using it daily for 30 minutes, with a view to doing it x2 a day most days, morning and evening. I wanted a sauna for a long time and was so happy to find this one on Amazon. It's very reasonably priced, very well designed, very relaxing, and very effective. Give it a go. Hopefully, you will have the same experience!

I only trashed it as it was looking dirty, but it still worked

I have bought several for gifts , mothers day etc. This is my second personal one , the other lasted over 5 yrs. I only trashed it as it was looking dirty , but it still worked .. I will buy again. very happy with purchases.

For the money, it can't be beat.

This Spa is great! Dry heat makes you sweat! I need it as a therapy treatment for Lyme Disease. Great for headache relief. and am very glad I purchased it. You kind of just have to figure it out, because it doesn't come with many instructions..It Works!

Heats up nicely

So far am loving my sauna. Heats up nicely. Small enough for my little apartment but big enough to comfortable to sit in. Chair isn't the most comfortable but otherwise no complaints.
