Solid canopy

We purchase the Leader 10 x 10 instant canopy to use while camping in the Blueridge Mountians of NC. Typical to the summer and location it rained most afternoons. The tent held up well to the rain. After the third day of being soaked (and not having a chance to dry out) it would leak occasionally, nothing that stopped us from sheltering underneither it during a storm. It did require three of us to put up and it is rather heavy (which has its advantages during a storm). I don’t think one person could put it up by themselves. We also purchased the sidewall the mesh canopy. The sidewall added a bit of privacy and the mesh canopy was used to hold our towels, fishing poles, paper towels etc. over all great product and the canopy is a must buy accessory for $10.

WOW - GREAT PRODUCT - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I purchased this because the price was below what I expected to pay and the greatest feature is that it's waterproof, not weather resistant like most canopy companies report their product to be - I had previously purchased a similar looking product canopy and it literally was ruined by water pockets forming on top and the weight caused the supports to bend and break and distort, so, I ended up trashing it (the old one, not this one, let's make that clear, because....) The product was so great that I am truly amazed at it's water proof canopy and went up easy as any other canopy, except the top can be replaced since it's not attached to the support system - genius and replacement parts are readily available in different colors with options in types of enclosures to use (full screening, or separate wall type coverings). This product gets my 5 star upvote since it's been raining like crazy the past month and it has not leaked or allowed water to build up in the canopy, since, it's quite tight and supported well. I will purchase this product again and have recommended it to friends as being now 'top of the line' for the money.

Nice size for a small party. Kept food out of the sun.

Based on what my husband said, putting it together was fairly simple and easy. We used it for a small party and it kept us cool in the shade. If we have any issues with it later on, I'll update my review.

Worth It

We used this on a recent Camping trip and are so glad we purchased it,it was easy to set up and take down. We weren't able to close one of the velcro loops because they were both the same facing,it was minor and did not detract from the canopy itself. We would definitely recommend it.

We spend 2 weeks every summer on the beach and ...

We spend 2 weeks every summer on the beach and my friends laughed at me when I showed up with this last year.......The day we arrived it was pouring rain and this went up over our picnic area and saved the first night at our rental house (we BBQ/ate outdoors). There was some razzing the first day on the beach as well......by day 3 there were many TYs being passed under the canopy! We did not use the rolling bag to transport it to the beach, we just carried it. It DEF takes two people to set up and if you have another person or two (not necessary) it makes setup even easier. I bought the ABCCANOPY weight bags seperately which further compliment this canopy. It was well worth the money and will I DEF be taking it to the beach again this year!

Great Customer Service!

These comments are really more for Leader Accessories' customer service. The canopy is great and worked great, until a gust of wind picked it up and deposited into Jordanelle Reservoir. One leg snapped off and one of the scissor pieces was bent. I contacted Leader Accessories the same day to see if I could get replacement parts, and today (two business days later) I received a text message from their customer service which contained the UPS tracking number for my replacement parts. Judy and Wayne from customer service were life savers or canopy savers, if you will. Would not hesitate to purchase items again from Leader Accessories.

Good Solid Product & Happy Consumer

Our first EZ up purchase and my husband and I were very happy with this product. We used it for camping at the beach and it was perfect. (Plus the grey/silver matched our tent). The EZ up is sturdy and provided the shade we needed, stood up to winds and worked out great. I liked the velcro on the inside to connect the cover, to keep it in place. We did find it much more easy to take down then to put it up but the two of us managed fine. After looking at multiple reviews... we are glad we chose this and we would recommend this Leader brand EZ Up.

great quality

package came double boxed. I was very impressed as soon as I pulled the bag out. It's nice, with rolling wheels. The structure is nice and sturdy - way better than the last brand I had! It was super easy to put up and the velcrow attachments for the canopy keep it nice and snug. The vent on top is great because we can get gusts of wind so it helps to prevent it from becoming a kite. We didnt use the ropes because I have dogs and didnt want them to get caught on them when running around, or chew them up. We use it as a shade for our dogs so we dont extend it to full height. Great quality, great price. very impressed!

Perfect for the beach

Used it on the beach for a week in Ocean City Maryland. Held up well even in prolonged windy conditions (20+ mph gusts). Used it with the stakes (didn't use the leader lines) and with Industrial Grade AbcCanopy Leg Weights. Easy to set up and break down (always need at least 2 people though). Well-made canopy - tough but lightweight, vented, with spf protection. A must for a family beach trip with kids. If we rented umbrellas it would've been $40 a day.
