I wish I had taken pictures or recorded the application of this product. I had two bad mold spots on the ceiling in my house. One in a bedroom and one in a bathroom (they share a common wall). A few years ago our roof leaked and lead to this problem. I should have addressed it a long time ago but honestly didn't know how to. I saw an add for this product on FB. In the video they sprayed the product and within a minute or two all the mold was just gone. Honestly I thought it had to be a camera trick (slick advertising). However, whenever I looked the product up online I kept seeing the same comments, that the product was effective. So I decided to give it a try. I couldn't believe it. I sprayed the two mold sports. They were very dark and each out a foot in diameter. Within about a minute there was no visible sign that there had ever been mold there. WOW. For me, this product was highly effective on completely removing all traces of the mold. One quick note: If you do use this product, wear goggles. I had a small mist of it hit my eyes and it burned terribly (which is to be expected).

THE BEST

This is the BEST, simply THE BEST. My bathroom was growing black mold. Sprayed it and I could literally watch it disappear. KEEPING THIS BABY HANDY AT ALL TIMES. It has been a while, and nothing has come back. Please, make sure you have the area well ventilated and wear a cover over your mouth and nose. Strong and very effective.

Where Did It All Go?

Either this stuff is a straight up magic potion in a bottle or I seriously channeled my inner Hermione Granger with every squeeze of the trigger. The mold I've been battling on my bathroom ceiling since moving into this place literally disappeared. I have tried so many products, and let's just say, trying to wipe or rinse clean a product from a ceiling is no easy task, and I wouldn't complain if any of them actually worked. I sprayed this RMR-86 product and I had to do ZERO wiping or rinsing. It just vanished. So, I would just love to know where all the mold vanished to. Maybe it flowed out the window and down the street to the noisy neighbor's house, and that is just fine with me. Let me stress that the other reviews are not exaggerating when they state this product needs ventilation. This is not your typical mold remover product that you can hold your breath and crack a window. This stuff is intense. I had the bathroom window open and had one of the dog's bandanas around my face like I was a burglar robbing the place and I had to run in, spray a few squirts, run back outside and breathe in fresh air over and over again. And, I probably would have given up after the second trip outside if it wasn't for the fact that spots were literally already disappearing within minutes the second time I came back. I closed that door, put a fan in the window and left it all day and it was fine to enter by evening. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stop wasting money on cheap products. I'm pretty sure I tried nearly everything on the market and they were all a waste of money. This is the first product I've actually seen work within minutes and with zero scrubbing or rinsing.

Holy crud monkey it works!!!

Holy crap! Real deal for sure. Got home from work and tried it out straight away on the mold we had going from the ceiling thanks to the upstairs neighbor flooding their tub. Sprayed it on, waited 15 seconds, wiped it off and bammmm! No more mold or stain. See the pics. There is a before and after.

Outstanding Results! Highly Recommend for Immediate Results!

I am amazed at how well and how fast this product worked on my bathroom. For several months I tried to get rid of a horrible mildew odor from my master bathroom. Nothing I used worked. Tilex, Clorox and regular bleach only helped a little bit, but it did nothing to get rid of the horrible odor. For months my husband and I thought it was coming from the drain but we had poured so much bleach, vinegar, Drano and baking soda down the drain that all we ended up with was a super clean drain! Well I watched a video of a woman using this product to get rid of mold and I was sold. I used the product last night and today the odor is completely gone and all the mildew is gone. The cleaner does have a super powerful bleach smell so you can't hang around it too long, but once you spray it, the results ae immediate. I am so happy that odor is gone forever.

Top-notch product that does what it says

I've been fighting mold and mildew in my shower since we moved in 11 years ago. I've tried all sorts of bathroom products and none have worked. I ordered this product and a similar. Tried the other first but it only did a partial job. Sprayed this product and ALL of the mould and mildew was gone within a few hours. I had to leave as the odor is overwhelming. Make sure any pets and children are not in the area. Photo down below of shower after the shower was used so it's wet but there isn't any mold or mildew.

For its intended use I have found nothing better

Amazing!!!! I have a small three tier water fountain in my patio, naturally the birds in the community have come to rely upon it for drinking and bathing. The nighttime critters (possums) have taken it as “their watering hole” . Needless to say this all results in water continually being spilled onto the patio concrete which over time turns into green algae/mold and eventually black mold. The same occurrence to the exterior stucco wall of the apartment. I have tried using a stiff floor brush along with Bar Keeper’s Friend and Simple Green and although these cleansers are great for their intended use, they will not fully get rid of green and black mold on cement and painted stucco no matter how much you scrub! Enter RMR-86 Instant Mold Stain & Mildew Stain Remover, I literally sprayed this product and walked away, I actually left it on over night, I got busy with other tasks. When I checked back all of the mold was gone, everything, with no damage to the painted stucco wall or cement and no scrubbing literally spray and leave. My neighbors dog got into my patio and claiming the space as his own and he marked his territory. I know that I could have simply turned my hose on the dog’s marking, however I sprayed some RMR-86 on it first and it began to fizz (dissolve), then I hosed it off. It seems that this product will attack foreign organic matter not just mold and mildew. I wonder how it might work on the soap scum build-up in a fiberglass bathtub. I will certainly will be buying more of this in the future, for its intended use I have found nothing better

This works. Extremely well. Just buy it.

Summary: this is unbelievably amazing at cleaning black spots off your bathroom tiles. I used many other products like scrubbing bubbles, mr. Clean and other big brands but none of them came close to this product. Spray, wait and in ten minutes all the mildew/mold is gone without scrubbing!! Pro: works extremely well, penetrates deeply, works VERY quickly. Only a little was needed to undo months of soapscum. This is priced very well and was worth every penny. Con: this is a mix of bleach and other chemicals so the smell can be very nauseating. The product eats through lots of plastics like your shower liner (so you need to be very careful not to splash onto things or onto your body parts). You must take care not to breathe the mist in so make sure you are wearing a mask. If you are like me, you tried this after everything else failed. Don't forget bleach should not get mixed with some cleaning agents or you will pass out!
