This is fabulous! It can be difficult to find gluten free options that are 1) reasonably priced; 2) easy and convenient to make; and 3) actually taste good. But this meets the mark in all three categories.

This is a third time I buy it , love it and so easy to make Tastes pretty good !

Love this pizza crust and so does my 11 year old. Totally worth the price. If you are Paleo you will appreciate how good it is.

Up until now, the price deterred me from buying any kind of pre-made paleo mix, but it's totally worth it. It saves me a TON of time, it's easy to make and the texture (and taste) is better than any of my homemade crusts. We've tried a plethora of crusts, from coconut/almond flour to sweet potato to cauliflower. All are somewhat time-consuming and didn't turn out half as good as this! It's worth every penny and I'm so glad I finally bit the bullet to try it!

Best paleo crust that we have tried. We have been able to make both thick and thin crust pizzas with it. One bag is sufficient for making enough pizza for a meal for our family of 5.

We have made pizzas with this many times and it always turns out perfectly. I do add a bit more water to my dough than recommended on the directions, and I add some garlic salt and oregano to the mix as well. I haven't ever tried to roll it out, I just butter up my hands so the dough doesn't stick to me, and I just pat the dough down into a pizza-ish shape. I have one son who has dairy allergies, so we use "So Delicious" brand Motzarella on his pizza. The crusts have always turned out perfectly for us. They are semi-thick and have a chewy texture. Feels like cheating even though it's not. This dough has made our low carb lives so much happier while on the keto diet.

Definitely on the pricey side, but it works great if you’re looking for pizza on a low-carb diet Or gluten- free diet. Do not attempt to knead the dough with your bare hands - first coat your hands (and the rolling-pin) with a generous amount of olive oil. Then it is a breeze. I like to roll the dough out on a flexible, copper-infused, silicone baking sheet. A thin layer of oil on the baking sheet also helps the browned-dough release, easily.

Use the exact ingredients and treat the dough right and you'll make an amazing pizza. It's not a replacement for the wonders of the pizza we all know and love - but it is a great occasional alternative. I will add grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, hamburger with some light sauce and cheese and it never disappoints.

The best pizza crust for those trying to avoid grains. Makes it delicious to have pizza again! I found a 1/2 tsp sea salt gives it even more flavor.

It took us a few times, experimenting, to get it right. The instructions on the package don't give great results. Once we got it, wow! This is good stuff. I prefer it to regular pizza dough. The whole family loves it. (Our "primal" recipe uses a mix of smoked mozza and monterey jack, a bit of passata and sliced tomatoes, and basil.)
