Great quality easy set up
When I bought an inflatable hot tub as a gift I was concerned about the quality if an inflatable. Boy was I wrong. From the moment of taking it out of the box I have been so impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the hot tub. Set up was easy, just lay all the parts out watch a video and followed along step by step and I was filling our hot tub in 20 minutes. Heated up overnight to full temp much faster than the degree an hour and we were soaking the next evening. Since then we have been in it every day and we consider it a good value at the price. Very comfortable, strong enough to sit full weight on the sides and I am a big guy. The bubbles are so strong it will move you around the tub. Just love our SaluSpa Hawaii hot tub.

Nice Hot tub. Worth the extra money
I have looked at these portable hot tubs for 8 or 9 months now. I read all the stories about air leaks, water leaks, pumps not lasting or not starting at all. This one didn't have those kind of reviews. One person reported his DOA. I thought mine was DOA until I realized that you have to hold the power button for 3 seconds for it to actually start. It really wasn't that hard to put up. The video was a little vague on certain parts, but with a little common sense and trial and error, I successfully assembled, filled and used without incident. This one seems to be well constructed and easy to operate. It has been a very nice edition to my carport. The hot tub may quit tomorrow, but right now its got my two thumbs up>

It's like a plushy warm cloud!
I was on the fence about these types of tubs, but I'm sold. This is such a relaxing and comfortable tub. I sat in every position of the tub and it felt like a surround of jets. The tub quality is sturdy and very supportive. Assembly was a breeze. I have a few pointers that might help you: 1. When taking the (3) black filter caps off, you might take the filter thread out with it. Make sure you have a pair of plyers on hand to hold the piece while you twist the cap off. It should thread back into the hole no problem. 2. When filling the tub, make sure you attached the motor/control unit first. 3. Before heating the tub, make sure the water is past the filters. If you get an E02 error, just unplug and power cycle the unit. There are a lot of little instruction pamplets in the box. Be sure to keep the ones that explain error code messages. 4. Heating up the tub will take forever. Either fill during a warm day or up to the minimum water line and fill the rest using boiling water from your tea kettle. I'm serious. It works! I highly recommend this tub!

Worth the buy
We bought this spa as a trial to see if we would get enough use out of it considering buying a fiberglass or steel one, we are not disappointed. The only issue we are having is the inflatable pad that it comes with it for under the spa. Don't completely blow it up as it tends to make the spa lean slightly. We leveled our ground and put pavers down, then put an indoor / outdoor carpet down to keep the spa off the pavers, then put the inflatable pad and flat pad that comes with it down, then the spa. We also bought an octagon screened canopy around it for bugs and we love it. We use it a few times a week. It is great for our backs and we recommend this spa. We hope to get a few good years from it.

We love this
This is worth every. single. penny. I wanted to wait until we had used it a couple months before reviewing. We got rid of our above ground swimming pool and got this instead. After 2 months we are still using our FIRST bottles of bromine and bromine shock- big change from the cost of maintaining a pool and buying chemicals weekly! We haven't had to add water to it yet either. It's amazing. It is SO EASY to maintain and so, so enjoyable on cool fall/winter Tennessee evenings! If the thing broke down today, it would still be worth the money we paid for it. This is just as good as a hard hot tub at a fraction of the cost. Best purchase ever.

Love it
It was pretty easy to set up the instructions were not the best. A little confusing. However once it was up it worked great. Took awhile to heat up but so far the temp is holding well. will see when it really starts to get cold here in the Pacific North West. I would recommend this hot tub to a friend. That way the wont be bugging me to use mine.

Great price. Great product
Absolutely love this!! Mine doesn’t have a power button though, could be because its from 2016. Be aware..... after one year I did need to buy a patch kit as I did get a pin hole leak after storage. Once patched it was good as new :). I’m sitting in mine as we speak!

Love it
I am in love with this hot tub it is fantastic! The only downside is the instruction booklet is not good so I had to download from the internet how to put it together and take it apart! Also people were complaining about how much it cost I don't run mine all the time I heat it up every day around 1 in the afternoon and my bill was $4 higher than normal PS I run the filter all day

Surprisingly outstanding! Love this hot tub!
I have to say that I was surprised how much I like this. We have had built in regular hot tubs so I seriously did not believe an inflatable, cheaper priced, version would stand a chance at impressing me. I had 3 major concerns and I will list them here with the outcome: Concern 1. Air bubbles versus jets. I was sure they would not be strong enough to make me like them as much as a jet. I am thrilled to have been wrong. The bubbles are shockingly strong and provide a full body massage. You can also learn various ways to sit that let them hit your back in specific places. I actually have come to like the air bubbles more than jets because it gives you the same benefit without any beating that can happen with strong jets. Concern 2. How can an inflatable be sturdy enough? The sturdiness of this item needs a nod as well because I had a huge concern that it could hold up to our large family but it totally has. The material used is very thick and high quality. We have kids and teens that jump in and out and it has held up like a champ! Concern 3. Loss of heat when bubbles running I had read so many mixed reviews regarding this topic that it really made me worried. The main incorrect info I read was that the heat cannot run while bubbles going. This is untrue. The heater runs while bubbles run, BUT it does not keep up with it after awhile. We received this product in the dead of Montana winter. Neg temps every night. We set it up in our garage, which would still get in the low 20's sometimes but it worked wonderfully! We keep ours set to 104. By doing this, when we run the bubbles and by the time the temp drops too low, we have had enough anyway. I have only had it drop too fast 2 times. Other than that, you can enjoy a good 30-40 minutes session with ease and in warmth. As our temps have risen with spring (and with summer approaching), the time extends of course and we plan on moving it to a patio area to enjoy our mountain views :) Overall, I am incredibly pleased with this item and it was a great deal in comparison to spending thousands on a full setup(that you cannot move around when you want or take with you!)
