Secure mount

Good secure mount for my Roku Ultra. Though the included vent mounts could not be used with my Vizio TV, given the way the mount was made, I was able to substitute some simple twist ties in place of the included "hooks" to hold the mount to a rack that the TV sits on - so am very happy with what it provided for my needs. The power, CAT7, and HDMI cable all come out from the bottom of the mount the way it holds the Roku Ultra in an inverted position, and thus help to hold it in place in the mount, face forward. I recommend this simple holder!

ROKU ROCKS !

Hangs perfectly on the back of my large screen TV. The ROKU ULTRA fits perfectly.

As soon as you open the box, you see a "Thank you" card. Not a bad way to impress. The variety in how you can use this mount is kinda hilarious. I was a little worried at first since I have my TV on a Mount/Stand and my impressions off the product page here suggest that the included hooks are for the vents on the TV. Well, as the pics show, they'll work on the mount as well. So you'll mount the mount on the... mount. Huh. Anyway, if you're looking for a good way to organize your entertainment center, give this a shot.

I was really impressed with this Roku mounting system. Very well packaged and including everything you would need to mount your Roku in different ways according to the vent openings on your particular television. Unfortunately, when I went to mount mine using the circular hole mounting adapters, the tiny hooks that go into the holes broke off on one of the adapters so I now only have it hanging by one adapter instead of two. I still recommend this product but be careful when trying to insert the hooks into your television grill. Update: I changed my review to 5 stars on this product. In addition to a great product they have great customer support. I emailed them about my issue and they responded very quickly. They are sending me new adapters. Fantastic product and customer service! I will be a return customer!!

Excellent Roku mounting solution!

The TotalMount is an excellent way to mount a Roku to the back of your wall mounted TV. Before this mount, I tried various high temperature 3M adhesives, and they all seemed to either slide, or just fail over time. These mounts are inexpensive, fit perfectly, don't interfere with cooling the unit like adhesive strips can, and fit every TV I've thrown them at. Well worth the money to save time, effort, and make your wall mount look professional and clean.

Good product. Well thought out design.

It seems to be the perfect mount for the Roku Ultra (2016 & 2017 models). My newer Samsung TV doesn't have vent holes and the self adhesive tape seemed to permanent for my use, so I opted to screw my 2 mounts to the back of my wood AV cabinet. It fits the Roku's very well and all the connections are easily accessed. I don't know if the ventilation is really necessary, since my Roku players don't get very warm, but its a good design idea. I highly recommend this product.

Outstanding way to mount a Roku Ultra!

This Roku Ultra Mount is excellent. The Roku slides into it easily yet there is no slop. The way it’s designed it acts a a heat sink and it allows air to flow underneath and all around the Roku. It comes with a variety of hangar clips to hang the mount from the back of your TV. If that doesn’t work the entire backside has an adhesive strip which is what I used to mount it to the back of my new OLED TV. I have been running it continuously for several hours and the Roku Ultra is cool to the touch. I highly recommend this mount. Is a very easy and clean way to mount and hide the Roku Ultra. Also there seems to be no problems controlling it even though it’s mounted behind the TV. The Roku and it’s remote still works great.

Easy install, fits well, no LOS issues with IR

This is a better solution for Ultras than simply slapping it on the back of the TV with a couple velcro strips. It's also easier to remove the Roku if you need to for some reason. As advertised the mount provides a little more airflow underneath and around the unit which doesn't run hot under normal loads but can get that way with 4k content. Because of this the fit is slightly loose but if hung in the correct upward orientation isn't a problem (and hopefully means there's some tolerance if Roku changes the dimensions of future Ultras slightly - also this will fit smaller Roku units, though obviously with an even looser fit). I don't have vents in the right place on my TV but agree with other reviewers that the hooks look a little flimsy. I used the included 3m adhesive which works great, just clean the area you are sticking it to with some 91% alcohol/etc. first. And it IS removable: Once :) You can clean the residue off easily but you'll need to get new double sided tape for the next time so make sure it's where you need it before you attach it. Installing it was very easy and at least in my room the IR instructions are correct - just make sure you have it within 6 inches of the top of the TV and there's nothing blocking it above and the IR signals will bounce down just fine. I have no problem using mine with my IR-only Harmony remote even though the Roku is completely hidden behind the TV. Obviously this doesn't matter if you use an RF Roku remote (or a Harmony hub which can connect to it via Wifi) but it's a nice option for universal IR integration. See pic for where I placed mine - IR signals hit it from everywhere in my bedroom. One last tip - the little white Roku light might reflect off your wall and provide a very slight glow above where it is installed. It's not that distracting, but if you want to mitigate that or are just OCD get a pack of these: LightDims Original Strength - Light Dimming LED covers / Light Dimming Sheets for Routers, Electronics and Appliances and more. Dims 50-80% of Light, in Retail Packaging. - the 80% ones won't block the light completely - so you can still check and see if it is on if needed - but will dim it enough to stop the reflective glow. I recommend a pack of those stickers anyway, if you have lots of little lights from the TV, soundbar, consoles, etc. you'll find yourself using them on everything; they are practically invisible and do a great job dimming bright leds.

Very easy to install and use. Would recommend it for anyone who wants to get rid of cable

I bought the Roku Ultra because I don't have cable and I can get the cannels that I was not able to get when I did have cable. I also like that I can have a place to keep all of my apps in one convenient place and I also have noticed that with the Roku Ultra it seems to strengthen my internet Wi-Fi single, I don't have so my interruptions as I had before I installed it. I also love the fact that you can use a chip card for keeping all your apps backed up on so you don't have to keep going through a install Everytime you log into an app or channel. I also like that I can have an app on my smartphone to run Roku on my phone and being able to to use my headset plugged into my remote make it convenient for you to listen to tv without having to go buy an other equipment. Definitely one of the best buys I have made. This keeps my box in a convenient place on the back of the tv

Excellent mount even though hooks did not fit tv I'm happy I went with the adhesive option provided

Love this mount. It looks really nice with your Roku in it. The price is a few dollars high, but it gives you many different mounting options and most importantly none of the connections are blocked! The only problem I had with it was that none of the hooks fit into the back of my new LG TV so I had to go with the adhesive option provided other than that this mount is stellar.
