Heavy duty and beautiful

We just installed this magnetic bamboo holder and it's utterly beautiful! And very heavy duty so it holds the knives perfectly. We're thinking we need another one to hold additional knives than just our steak knives. However, we use mostly ceramic knives these days so it would be nice if someone would design a convenient knife holder for ceramic knives!

More than happy

So let's be real here.... I used outdoor 3M tape to "install" this because I have that tile back splash and, well, I improvise. It works great as you can see and it's nice because i now have that side of my kitchen set up as my food prepping station. It looks really nice and it heavy duty. I would recommend buying it. It came with the parts to install it like a naormal person but I didnt use them just letting you all know that they were accounted for in the box.

A place to hang your knives

Just received our Eco Friendly Bamboo Wood Magnetic Knife Holder and easily attached it to the side of one of the cabinets in the kitchen. We recently bought a new home and there is a lot of fine wood throughout, including the kitchen, so it was important to fine the right knife holder that fit the look and feel of the kitchen. The Bamboo Wood 17" Knife Holder did the trick. Easily installed, very strong magnetic hold, it's perfect!!!

Strong and durable. Not weak garbage.

Matched my cabinets, holds my knives in place with force. These are NOT weak magnets. Had to slant it cause it was so long but it worked fine. I have 2 more Japanese knives coming and it will be perfect. One thing that really made me happy is the back where the screw heads go, is thick, real wood (bamboo) not press board or laminate. Its thick and solid.

Perfect for my Kitchen

Absolutely LOVE these magnetic knife holder. Ordered two of these. Used Gorilla Tape to attach to the front of our cabinets, as the cabinets were too shallow to use the screws (the tape is awesome). One holds our knives, one holds recipes while cooking and our grocery list. Wished I had these a long time ago.

Install was super simple using 3M Velcro strips

Gorgeous and holds all 10 of my knives, including a kitchen shears. Wish I had bought it sooner! Install was super simple using 3M Velcro strips, we didn't want to drill holes in our tile backsplash. Has been up for a few weeks and is holding just fine. Would recommend this to anyone. Glad to have the ugly knife block off my counter, this replaced it beautifully!

Looks good and works well

Ordered this to solve the issue of having sharp knives in places that can cause cuts and dull the blade. Opted for a wooded style magnetic bar to make it easier on the edge should that come in contact first. All my knives stick to it wonderfully, as well as my huge butchers knife- although I don't keep that one on there due to it taking up so much space. Mounting was a bit of a hassle. I had "permanent" double sided tape that failed on me in the middle of the night causing my knives to spill all over the kitchen, so I just decided to mount it into the wall with screws and drywall mounts, just for peace of mind. It's working wonderfully so far and I love the look of my knives hanging in the kitchen.

"Solid" and beautiful

This knife holder was perfect for my kitchen! I rent and in my new apartment the placement ended up being on a tile backsplash. My older knife holder was stainless steel and was held on by the magnets to a part that screwed in to the wall, this is a "solid" bamboo block (it looks like sever layers glued together but it's very strong and looks well done) was able to take double sided tape and go up easily on the tile. Also being bamboo it's been nice on my knives, my old block would always make scraping noises when I took a knife down and I swear it left Mark's on the blade. Also this block is a few inches longer then others I've used or had it can easily fit several large knives.

Great Value

Best knife strip for the money! magnets are strong! Holds my heavy (cutco) knives very well, with the exception of my hardy slicer, which is an exceptionally heavy knife for its size. While the magnets are not continuous through out the length of the strip they are spaced tightly and evenly. The bamboo seems to be the perfect hardness, soft enough that it doesnt scratch or scuff the knives, but hard enough that it doesn't become easily dinged up. My only complaint concerns the install. figuring out how far the screws needed to stick out took quite a bit of fine tuning. This problem could easily be mended by a spacer or measurement that tells you how close the the wall the screws need to be to keep the strip from wiggling. Over all very pleased with my purchase.
