I purchased these for a paint party. I wanted to use the stretched canvas, but I had a large group so these were more cost effective. The worked just as well as the stretched canvas, and since they are flat, my guests can frame their picture.

Good Value

This is exactly as shown and exactly what I expected. I like that there is a decent number in the package and the quality is good. I got these to practice painting a design I want to use on a tabletop. It is an expensive table so I didn't want to use regular paper. I wanted to color it exactly how I will make the design on the table. I am going to be able to use the practice drawings that come out nice as wall hangings because these little canvases will be cute framed. The tight-shrink packaging is a bit annoying to open, but I prefer that to wasteful-excessive packaging. It gets a five because there is nothing wrong with the product.

Paint goes on great!

I like these panels alot. I used to put a layer of gesso on my panels before starting a painting. When I recieved these I decided to just paint. These didn't disappoint, paint goes on easily without adding that layer of gesso. Thank you!

Great canvas!

This canvas is smoother than art alternate canvas panel but also lighter. I also bought Blick Belgium linen canvas panel. That one is thicker than this but worp a little upon arrival. The Blick canvas panel is around 7 dollars each. Consider the price I would definitely go for this one. Besides, since the surface is smooth, it can handle detail work. I paint one mandala to test the canvas and my new brushes. The larger part is quiet joy, the fine line takes more effort as the paint would skip the valley between ridges and left the white dot (or probably I should use more thinner LOL). After all, I like the feel of how paint glides on the surface. Would like to stock more when it has deal.

Canvas Panel Boards

Bought these for my son who is an amateur artist. He has already painted to on two of the canvases and they look great. The canvas holds the paint very well, allowing the colors pop.
