These are available from various sources. This one is the best price I found for them. It seems to be the exact same boring bar holder that I got with my Grizzly G4003 lathe. Same mfg p/n 250-204. I have several of these now. I just bought 2 more to modify them; one to make a drilling tool holder, one to make a grinding tool holder.
