HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
These things are great!! We sprayed these little guys on the yard about three weeks ago. I intentionally leave the porch light on in the evening to see what kind of bugs show up on our columns on the front porch and, I gotta say, the first few nights the expected palmetto bugs (for those of you not in Florida...cockroaches that fly) showed up but after that initial time frame they were GONE and haven't showed back up in the weeks since!! We've also seen a reduction in other insects in the yard as well and there was some grub activity in our yard that is no longer present. We will DEFINITELY be using these natural pest controls again...probably about next March after any threat of freeze has passed. Overall, I highly recommend and will be using more.

Great seller, great chemical free alternative
We've ordered these a few different times from this seller. Each time they arrive quickly and nicely packaged. If you're looking for something with overnight results, then nematodes are not for you for the simple reason that this is not how nematodes work. It will take about a week to notice a difference. It's recommended to reapply them every few weeks. I'm sure this method will take care of at least 95%-98% of your bad bug problems. For us, spraying them every few months seems to work just fine. In fact we had noticed a dramatic decrease in things like house flies this year compared to last year. This leads me to believe that some of the nematodes breed and were living in the soil from the previous spray about 6 months prior. This year we bought them mainly because I kept finding those little white fruit fly maggots/worms in our strawberries. About a week and a half after application of these nematodes I only found a few infected strawberries. A huge difference from before. Nematodes are a must for anyone trying to stay away from as many chemicals as possible and this seller is legit with quality products.

These Beneficial Nematodes REALLY Work For Grub Worms, Ants, Roaches, and More!
My wife and I would like to highly recommend these beneficial nematodes 3-species pack to anyone who wants to improve their lawn and rid themselves of many pests in a natural and chemical-free way. The nematodes came in the mail quickly from California to Missouri, and we stored them in the refrigerator until the sprayer we ordered for the nematodes came in the mail. That is CRUCIAL, as if you do not have the correct type of sprayer or dispenser method, you could possibly lose your nematodes to fine mesh or narrow openings. However, one can also mix them in a bucket of 59-69 degree (F) water and dispense them with a cup or watering can with large openings. The key to success is to follow the instructions to the letter - pay attention to your storage temps, and the temperature of the water you mix them in. Make absolutely sure you water the application area of your lawn or garden before AND after you apply the nematodes, and absolutely NO UV light should ever reach them. If you follow the instructions exactly and use an appropriate dispersal method, you too will gain the benefits of your purchase. Sure, $30 plus $11 shipping seems a bit pricey - I thought so until I tried the nematodes out. Within a week, we had NO more ants, no more grub worms in the garden, the flea and tick population has been reduced to almost nothing. There are other "pest bugs" we haven't noticed lately either, so I believe that the nematodes are the reason as we applied nothing else to our soil last year or this year other than these nematodes. Now they have paid for themselves, and I would gladly purchase them again every year, and recommend them to others - in fact, to my neighbors: YOU'RE WELCOME! I appreciated the thorough instructions and the friendly inserts that came in the packet with the nematodes like the Nature's Good Guys catalog and a VERY cool sticker! I look forward to trying out their ladybugs or lacewings in the future! GO WORMS GO!!!

It really works!
We had an invasion of grub worms and my dad wanted to plant a vegetable garden. Every time my dad turned over earth there was a significant amount of grubs. The grub worms were also attracting the raccoons and armadillos which was not something we wanted due to having small dogs. We followed the directions exactly as written. When you get them it is impossible to know if they are living or if there is anything there. However, it is very evident that it works. Today my dad worked 20 ft of garden, tilling it up and only found 3 grub worms. It is non toxic which is extremely important as I have an intolerance to chemicals and we would not want to hurt any birds or critters that come to the yard. This definitely was well worth the purchase.

a great medium to work with (powder)
This product came fast, had an reusable ice block, a great medium to work with (powder), and clear instructions for use......I have a great feeling about this product from the care of the vender. That said... I won't know how effective it will be until the end of the growing season when I inspect the roots of pulled crops....but I have high hopes.

Great results, safe to use everywhere.
Used this, along with milky spores, after 4 years of lousy results & wasted $$ from chemical treatments. Really pleased with the results. Lawn & flower gardens are doing so much better now. Far fewer bugs, no more big, fat grubs, eating roots of my plants & flowers, no more grass fleas, and seems to be fewer ticks, too. No more round , half dead patches spreading across the lawn, either. I have two large herb panters that I sometimes bring indoors if the weather will be extreme, but had to stop because of tiny soil gnats, which would then spread to my house plants. I put 1 tsp of this in the water I use on these and voila! No more gnats. Will definitely use this again. Live that it's safe for wildlife, birds, pets, kids, etc. We live near wetlands & must be extremely careful with everything we use outdoors, as it will eventually end up in the wetlands via the water table.

Give it a shot! Worked for my Rose Chafer problem.
I had a huge Rose Chafer problem that was getting progressively worse every year for the past 3 years. I had to do something and the poisons that I was applying were not working and just gross. I was very skeptical when I got these because I never heard anything like this nor did my local garden center - but I was desperate and didn't have any other options. I applied these in the morning in May (wisconsin) it was cloudy and about 60 degrees, right before the rain. Perfectly applied and worked wonderfully. By now those pests would have been all over my yard eating my Peonies and flowering bushes. I have only seen a couple and my flowers bloomed beautifully. Phew thank goodness! I will probably do another application next spring. Thanks!

Goodbye Termites!!!
Our property has a lot of buried dead stumps and tree roots, and this area in general is prone to underground termites.. as well as many other ground dwelling critters. We had thousands of termites infesting our wood pile, I wet the area thoroughly, and dumped the concentrated mixture directly on the logs and surrounding ground, and drenched it again.. a week later not a termite is to be found. At the same time I sprayed our entire yard as directed, there are noticeably less biting gnats and mosquitoes. If you have ground dwelling termites, buy this, you will save yourself a world of troubles down the road. The packaged nematodes have been in our refrig well over 30 days, and they seem healthy and fine, beige in color and dry just as they were on arrival. I purchased 30 million to cover my 1/3 acre property, there is enough to do 2 full applications.

They were alive!!!
Receivee the nematodes in a bag, not in a sponge. Kids have a microscope kit so put some powder on the petrie dish mixed with a few drops of water and looked. Even though the bag was a little warm and the ice melted THEY WERE ALIVE!!! They were wiggling and didn't see any that were straight so only saw live ones. Applies the same day because it was pouring outside so figured will use the opportunity. Will see how well they worked.
