I could not live without this cover. We use it literally every time we go out. I cringe when we go to a restaurant and they bring out a crusty unclean highchair and have to worry about my sons hands touching god knows what. (Close inspection will show that even clean looking ones have food all over them). We also use it in carts and my son knows that he gets to go for a ride as soon as the cover comes out. The best thing about the cover is that it takes up little space. The compact cover folds into a little pouch and is not cumbersome to travel with. There are also places to strap toys or pacifiers to so if your little one likes to throw stuff, it wont go too far. It washes well and dries fast. I must have when it becomes messy due to dinner out. The color is gender neutral and my husband even uses this when he does out with my son. The only con is I wish there was a bit more padding to it but then that would negate the compact design.

Just what I was looking for! The colors are fun without being obnoxious. Very functional & easy to use. I can now browse Target without worrying about my son getting covered in germs from the cart. ;)

I love the design of this cover and it's is super easy to put on the shopping cart. It gives a little cushion which is nice, but mostly prevents my daughter from sucking on the dirty shopping cart when I'm not looking! I wouldn't say this is an essential item by any means, but I really enjoy having it on hand.

Great cart cover

Love the sateen like material and how easily this can be stored in the attached pouch. Great to keep in the car. Nice quality overall. Two loops to attach toys in the front. Very cute and stylish!

Wish I purchased sooner

The nursing 2 in 1 covers / high chair cover idea sounds great, but it’s not ideal. I bought this after numerous failed attempts at getting my soft nursing cover up to also be a shopping cart and high chair cover. Didn’t work. They always came undone as soon as my baby sat down. This was a lifesaver and I’m so glad I bought it. The elastic keeps it from falling off whenever my baby moves. Easy to set up and take down one handed (cause baby is always in your arms!!!) This can be easily wiped off (not so with fabric / stretchy nursing cover) and it’s easy to fold up and take in the diaper bag everywhere we go. I was surprised how easily it folds into a little attached bag. My baby is always moving and turning around so the buckle feature is a huge plus. This will always stay in our diaper bag and be close by!

Skip Hop Cart/Chair Cover

I did not want to be one of those moms that had a cart seat cover because I like to keep the baby stuff around our house to a minimum, as it can very quickly get out of control. But when my daughter started sitting in the cart or high chair at restaurants and would lean forward to suck on the handle bars I knew it was time to break down and buy a seat cover, because that was super gross! This Skip Hop cover is fabulous. It has fit in carts at Target, Walmart, Aldi and stores like HomeGoods, Michaels, etc. It also fits perfectly over restaurant high chairs. There are little loops to clip toys onto to keep baby entertained and the whole thing folds into itself into a pretty compact pouch. I keep the cart cover and a silicone washable food mat in the diaper bag for eating out and shopping!

I love this thing

This thing has been a lifesaver for the flu season. My son is already in daycare so I don't want to expose him to anymore germs than I have to. He loves to put everything in his mouth, including the handle on the grocery cart. This covers EVERYTHING. He doesn't touch anything on the cart. It fits Kroger and Walmart just fine! The only thing that I would add padding on the back and sides. My son is 8 months so he can definitely hold his head up, but when I turn the corners sometimes his head leans and taps the cart. But I'm just being picky. This thing is great!

Great on the go!

This is a great multi-purpose cover! Unlike other reviewers, I've found that it does fit over the new Target carts just fine, just a bit more snug. This stuffs into its own attached bag easily without having to fold and re-fold so it is great on the go! Only takes a couple seconds to install or pack up which is great when you have a wiggly child in the other arm. There isn't much padding but as long as your child can sit upright, they should be fine. My 6 month old holds on to the railing or sides just fine and enjoys being able to look around rather than be in an infant seat. My husband loves that it's multi-purpose and can be used for those gross restaurant high chairs as well. There are two places to attach toys so that they don't fall on the ground. And I LOVE that you strap your child in with the attached latch belt instead of stuffing the cart's dingy and germ infested latch belt through fabric and around their waist! The colored dots that look orange in the picture are more of a brick red in person.

I love this! It fits every buggy and highchair we have encountered EXCEPT COSTCO. It covers every part so my baby touched nothing but it. We have washed it several times in the washer and it still works great, no fading, no shrinking, no falling apart. The built in strap still has plenty of grow room and my son is almost 4 years old, 30 pounds and 38 inches. And it has plenty of room on the strap that attaches to the buggy. It has a few places to attach toys, and I love that within seconds it folds back into the attached carry case and fits easily in the diaper bag. This product is great no issues at all we love it!

Love this

Love this item! I scoffed at these covers before my baby came, but when he was old enough to sit in the seat of a cart he spent a lot of our trips with his mouth on the cart-ew. I love the print and the material is slick. The strap in the back keeps it from moving too much with my wiggle worm. My favorite feature is the pouch attached to the inside that it folds up into. I disagree with some reviews that it fits on Target carts. I had issues getting it to stay due to the large size and the back clasp wouldn't work to keep it in place due to the grate on the back of the seat. I still like it tho.
