Stuff works great. I did not have a heat gun but used a hairdryer and took my time and used clamps as I worked around the headlight. So far I see no leakage or moisture inside the lens. Do put it in the oven for a couple minutes just to get it warm so it's easier to work with.

It’s glue. It worked.

Bought black to match painted black internals just in case some was visible. Looks good. Decently easy to work with, just keep away from anything you don’t want it to stick to. Cools relatively quickly to unworkable temp, maybe 2-3 minutes work time between bakes depending on size and thickness of bead. Don’t have much experience with rubber butyl so maybe they’re all exactly the same, who knows. This one worked pretty good for me. Sealed well, haven’t noticed any condensation after a couple weeks of rain.

Super sticky, works as intended so follow the directions. My headlights are completely sealed, no inside humidity!

Used this to reseal 2015+ Subaru WRX headlights. One pack had enough for 2 pairs (4 headlights). It’s been a couple months of rain here and I’ve had zero issues with condensation. Highly recommend. DO NOT REUSE FACTORY SEALANT Diode Dynamics C-Light & Demon Eye in pictures.

It worked as intended.

Does what it’s meant for. Used this when I added the Opt7 flex beam LEDs to my ‘05 Santa Fe. 200 degree oven for 10 minutes worked just like all the YouTube videos showed.

Great product!

Decided to order this so I could properly reassemble my headlights after replacing the adjusting hardware. Worked perfectly using a hairdryer to gently heat and soften the rubber. Stretch this into a small bead into the edge of the lens and slowly heat and compress the lens to the housing until the clips lock in place. Nice packaging too!

A MUST for headlamps

This is genuine Morimoto and is a MUST if you're opening a set of headlamps. Your original sealant is meant as a one time deal, this will prevent future moisture build up inside the housing.
