I consider myself a Maple Syrup Snob. I HATE all the fake products sold at your local grocery stores. If you’re paying $3 for 64 ounces of syrup it’s not real and it’s just a bunch of sugar water. There’s a reason good Maple Syrup costs $20 a bottle, quality. And speaking of quality, man, this late harvest stuff is so good I have eaten pankakes four days in a row. I can not wait to try the other two flavors this company offers. 5 stars 10/10 amazing!! #screwcheapsyrup

I have really enjoyed this syrup. Don't expect it to be thick like Aunt Jemima because this is true maple syrup. Many years ago I was able to get some cans of syrup in Canada. And it was very thick and rich and delicious. Unfortunately my source has dried up so I went looking for something else. While this is not the same kind of thickness it is very tasty.

Over the last couple of years I have become a maple syrup lover. There is no comparison to the sugar bombs I used to call syrup. I've tried dozens of brands and grades, and I have to say that this brand is one of the best, with the extra rare one being my favorite maple syrup of all . I use it on my wife's homemade pancakes and waffles. The flavor is so rich and it goes well with anything. The packaging is as delicate as the flavor.

I recently tried the extra-rare syrup and love the taste of it. The flavor is rich and complex and has a vibrant freshness to it. Over the years I have tried a number of different types of maple syrups and I would rank this particular one as one of the very best. This syrup is a bit expensive but in my opinion it is worth the price, also considering that it comes in a glass bottle.

Very smooth, light and delicious. Product also came with a handwritten "Thank You" note which was unexpected and a nice touch. It brought the feeling a small town shopping to online retail. Will purchase again.

I'm not sure how boiling maple sap down to make Maple Syrup came to be, but these people have it down to a science. Very sweet, clean tasting ,maple flavor and having tapped some maple trees in my youth, using my Grandad's old taps and buckets and just drinking the sap from the bucket, I can appreciate the delicate nature of the first run of syrup. Nice job with the packaging also. I liked the whole experience so much, this is what everyone's getting for Christmas

Too good. I find myself going to the fridge and pouring a spoonful just because I want the amazing taste in my mouth. No need to make French toast or pancakes, but I have had it on those items too. Oh, and my Canadian friend suggested pouring some on vanilla ice cream. Wow! So delicious. This is the best maple syrup I've ever had.

Last year, good friends of ours took a trip to Canada. When they returned, they came bearing gifts, one of which was an unassuming bottle of pure Canadian Maple Syrup. It was a cool-looking bottle, but other than that, I initially didn't give it too much thought (I don't have a sweet-tooth). A few weekends later, we were having pancakes for breakfast, and I had suggested we open the bottle and give it a go. That day changed my pancake-eating life forever. After tasting pure Canadian Maple, I literally went to our pantry, and threw our Aunt Jemima crap straight into the garbage. Fast forward to this fine bottle of Amber Nirvana. Listen - if for some reason you have never had the opportunity to directly compare pure Canadian Maple vs our ultra-processed High Fructose Corn Syrup passed off as maple syrup - you need to do that now. I guarantee you will wonder why we are giving that crap to our kids. I know there is a steep price difference - but if you eat pancakes so often that you would go through a bottle of this every week, then you may have other health-related issues that you want to consider getting checked out. Yes - you pay a premium for this - but it is THAT good. This Maple Syrup is absolutely delicious, without being cloyingly sweet. It is the PERFECT compliment to your pancakes, or waffles, etc. Unless you eat pancakes every day - treat yourself to a bottle of this, compare it to Aunt Jemima, or Log Cabin, and consider if the $20-$25 price tag is worth it, since a bottle should typically last MONTHS. For my family and I...it is. While expensive compared to say, complete processed garbage, I'll gladly pay it and support the 100% natural ingredients found here. If there are two things in this world the Canadians know better than just about anyone else, it's Hockey and pure Maple Syrup - both of which I love. Oh Canada indeed!

Maple Syrup arrived quickly and packaged well. The bottle is beautiful and the color of the syrup is a lovely amber. I made a gluten free pancake (my husband is celiac) and sauteed some plums in the syrup to serve with the pancakes. I am so glad I found this syrup I was ready to purchase a more expensive syrup but I am so very happy with the taste of this syrup.

Looking at the bottle alone I knew I was in for a real treat. I cracked the bottle open and the fresh aroma of the sweet sap filled my nose. The smell alone was intoxicating. It was rich and sweet and had the smell of real syrup. When I poured this over my flap jacks I enjoyed it visually as the syrup ran slowly over every crevice of the soft warm flap jacks. Then the first bite, the first bite is the closest I will ever be to heaven. I would recommend to everyone to try this. True maple syrup from the great white north!
