Perfect flow

My first daughter used the slow flow nipple throughout her infancy. I didn't see a need to change because she responded well. With my second (who is currently 8 months old) I noticed she took a while to finish her bottles... I think sometimes she would lose interest in drinking after 10 minutes or so. I even received a message from our daycare the other day asking if she could try a faster flow nipple so I decided it was time to try the medium flow. When the nipples arrived I washed them and tried one right away. My 8 month old did great! She drank faster with no choking. She even slobbered less which was a pleasant surprise. Since then I have used them a handful of times. I just placed an order for a few more sets of nipples to replace all of my daughters slow flow ones - something I should have done long ago. *UPDATE: My daughter is now 11 months old and is still using the medium flow nipple on all bottles. My EBF baby loves this flow.

I was very excited to see that TT finally sells these in a pack! My ebf baby had a hard time with the standard slow flow nipples, but does great with these extra slow flow nipples.

Good buy

Excellent replacement or spare nipples for Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature bottles. Note that these are the nipples with the valve--NOT the "anti-colic" model (which I found to be worthless and kept collapsing while my daughter drank her milk). The regular model never ever collapses. These are great and really last.

Exactly what I was looking! I kept looking at the stores for this size and had had zero luck... the nipples that come with the bottles when you purchase them are for newborns but the nipples themselves have a #1 on them so those were too fast for babygirl their was mixed reviews on these but the package I received are the extra slow flow with the #0 on them! A much better flow for a breastfed baby and since switching nipples I have had noo problems... only wish they came in a set of 3 since most tomme tippee bottles when purchased come in sets of 3 so you either buy and extra or need one more lol regardless thank you amazon for having these!!

Love these for breastfeeding babies! Moved my son to the #2/med flow at 2.5 months and he ate his bottles much faster than before! He was getting lazy and playing with the nipple for over 30 mintues before! Now he eats bottles in 10 minutes or less.

Best nipples for my baby

The 0 flow is perfect for my newborn. The nipples are easy to clean and very flexible. Love the air flow valve that is built in, makes it so my son doesnt eat as much air.

Love these for my breastfed baby!

Exactly what we needed! My daughter is breastfed and has a shallow latch so she has learned to suck very hard. Unfortunately, with a bottle this leads to lots of choking. We tried Comotomo with their slow flow nipples and it was still too fast and then the Tommee Tippee slow flow and that was also too fast. Did some research and found these extra slow flow nipples and they are exactly what we needed! She is able to drink from the bottle and keep up just fine. Glad to have found this option online!

A must have bottle nipple size for newborns and infants

These extra slow flow nipples are fantastic! As a mom who unexpectedly had to supplement my milk with formula I found a size 1 nipple was to fast of a flow and my baby boy started loving the ease of bottle feeding versus working for his milk while on breast, it also made his stomach gassy and upset. So we purchased 1 set of the extra slow flow nipples to try and loved so much we bought 4 so we can have enough to only hand wash once or twice a day. Very seldom does he have an upset stomach and gas build up from using a smaller size nipple. We love the tomee tipee brand bottles!

Saved my breastfeeding journey!

I NEEDED these so bad. I'm glad I could find them on Amazon as our local Walmarts didn't carry size 0. These are what's recommended for babies who are fed only breast milk. I had just went back to work and my baby wasn't wanting to nurse with me as my milk didn't flow like the bottles. (We were using Size 1 at the time). Now, he's been using size 0 and is fine transitioning to nurse with me at night. These are EASY to clean and I've had no problems with them 'collapsing' while he's feeding.
