... it for my 80 year old mother with a bad back. She loves it
I bought it for my 80 year old mother with a bad back. She loves it. It climbs with ease.

Helped a lot carrying dozens of heavy tile packs to the third floor.
My husband and his friend tiled our house floor and he has bad back. The packs of tiles were so heavy, and I was so worried about his back, he had to carry them to the third floor. I bought this, my husband thought it was too flimsy, that it wouldn't work, but I proved him wrong! It lasted the whole time they tiled the whole house, went up and down the stairs to the third floor so many times and my husband didn't hurt his back. Now we are lending it to a neighbour who's tiling his second floor. It well worth the invest. I'm so happy I purchased this.

UpCart solves a major problem! Yea!!!!
Up Cart has done a great job with this cart. Used it a number of times already and it works on stairs flawlessly! I'm a little worried about the load volume because I've seen the wheels bending when I make a turn - might need to be a little more robust for turns with heavier items, AND you really can't expect folks only to use it when going straight!! I'll keep you posted. So far it's been an incredible back saver when bringing things up stairs. What a simple and great idea!

Still going strong!
This baby!!! I've decided to pause work to write this review (and no, not just as an excuse to stop!)... this little cart has been worth its weight in gold for me. I've had himjust under a year and I have asked that he bear loads far beyond his capacity. Ne'er has he complained excepting this time, which for me was an easy fix. In my photo, notice that no plastic has snapped. Repair was easy, because the bars will work in a tension-hold (I just bent them in extra and fitted the parts back together. Poor bugga almost had a nice retirement, but no... not yet! :) I've carted all kinds of things up and down several flights of concrete stairs. While one could wish for a bit more of a surface on the thing, maybe the smaller ledge keeps folks from doing anything THAT far beyond the cart's capacity and hurting themselves?! I see that some posted flaws (plastic actually snapping)... I consider myself very fortunate that he's held up this long, and with some luck I'll finish my tasks unscathed. I do wonder if the plastic may be doing well for me because I'm in a very mild climate. I recommend this, and if/when he goes down for the count, I'll gladly buy another! Thanks Amazon for giving us access to jillion's of great products! :) If you ever get the chance to go on the headquarters tour in Seattle, it's pretty darn neat. Look online... HUGE fan here. Best Cart Ever
This product is terrific. I have bought 2 of these carts (along with the optional bags) during the last 6 months. First I bought the cart and bag for some friends of mine. He is 71 years old and they live in a 3rd floor apartment. (no elevator) I worried about them having to male 2-3 trips to haul their groceries in. Well they love it. Made it possible for them to get all their groceries up the 3 flights of stairs with only one trip. They even sent me a picture of him using it. So I bought one myself. I'm 69. I don't have 3 flights of stairs only 1 flight of stairs in my house, but there are times I would like to bring a heavy item like a lamp or piles of laundry up or down the stairs and this makes it so easy. I also have a detached garage, so I leave it in the garage when I go shopping and then load it with all my groceries, so I only have to make one trip. If its raining or snowing, no problem, the cart goes with no problem. At first I thought it a little pricey, but after using it I think its worth every penny.

Wonderful stair climbing product!
I purchase another brand cart that came in broken and hard to handle. This gem is sturdy and so so easy to use. I have a bad back and no garage so have to carry packages from the back of the van in the drive into the house up a few stairs. If the item is heavy I just can't handle it in one fell swoop…would have to get out and shove it around to the steps, come back later and put it up to the top of the steps, and come back later…etc., etc., etc. You get the drift. Except for taking anything heavy out of the car, once in the bag bundle it is smooth as peanut butter getting it in the house! LOVE IT! I saw some complaints about the piece of metal at the corners of the platform that keep you from putting anything long on the platform and they are right. You can't use it for just anything. It is to carry groceries, bags, small boxes, etc. not to transport you couch, a long TV, or any other various shaped items. With the bag I can get a lot packed into one trip, but don't like to make it heavy as then I find it harder to pull and that isn't great for my back either.

As advertised - and it's great!!
Read the product description, watched the sellers video and decided that give this thing a chance. I travel a lot and have to load / unload and transport suitcases up & down stairs. It works perfectly. My ONLY major concern was the size that it could handle. I just turn the BIG suitcase sideways and wrap the provided bungee strap (not a cord) around the suitcase and off I go. Easy setup - as in it starts opening when you pick it up and put it on the ground. Closing it up for storage still causes me a little bit of 'fiddling' but once it starts to fold up, just make sure you keep your fingers out of the way. It's much better constructed and 'heftier' than I thought it would be. Easy to understand the 100 pound weight capability once you feel it's solid construction. Overall - I'm very pleased with my $100 purchase. It's worth it to me and since it's in my trunk on our 4500 Mike road trip, it's going to be truly tested. I have no concerns about it handling the task.

Works and saves your back.
Instead of paying for "white glove" delivery service I purchased this UpCart Deluxe to move a new queen mattress from the front door to the second floor bedroom. They say the cart can move up to 125 lbs, but I think that would be stretching it. I did move approximately 80 pounds with no problem. The platform is large enough to get most items sufficiently settled onto the platform so it remains stable during the moving process. It is important to go slow and easy and fasten any item with bungee cords. The three wheel design works really slick for tackling the stairs. You must be careful on turns so the wheels don't get twisted. They are fine if you go slow and work the load around the corner rather than force it. Works good for heavy groceries, wine boxes, book shelves etc. Glad I have it.

Good company
I like it except that the front leg broke as shown in picture. Disappointing. I raised this from 2 stars to 5 BECAUSE the company is sending me a replacement part!! Wonderful!!

Great idea, Works great.
This is more of a 4.5 star rating. This is a great product. It works as described. Check out their website to watch the videos if you are not sure what it is all about. I have difficulty carrying objects up and down the stairs because of peripheral neuropathy. Now I am able to carry clothes baskets from the basement to the second floor of my house. I would have liked a wider wheel and a longer handle. Now in all fairness, I am 6' 6" so the handle will be OK for the majority of people. You really need to use a bungie cord to carry things so they do not fall off. It folds up with ease which makes it easy to carry and store. It is not that heavy and I think most elderly people would not have any trouble. It would be nice if they actually provided the cost of replacement parts on their website. I am also thrilled as I think I actually purchased the last one in stock before the holidays!
