• Works well on heavy duty machines Light weight motor Approx. 10 - 12 lbs
  • Draws Minimal Electricity No Noise No Vibration when machine is not running
  • Easy to adjust speed & motor direction with buttons Adjustable belt tightener
  • with Needle Positioner (synchronizer) Motor will run with or without the synchronizer.
  • Uses the same mounting holes as a clutch motor

I've installed over a dozen of these motors and synchronizers now on various Consews, Jukis and Singers. I don't have enough experience yet to compare it to similar servo motors. But it's an incredible leap above having to run a clutch motor.

New to upholstery and plan on it being just a hobby. I realized that I was never going to sew enough to be able to control the clutch style motor on my Consew 226-R. So, I thought I would try this servo motor. It was a direct bolt in replacement. I set the speed at the lowest setting and I finally had full control. I have done about 8 motorcycle/snowmobile seats and the one I just finished using this servo motor turned out amazing. Looked totally professional. FYI the needle synchronizer did not fit my machine. Will need to fabricate a different adapter and it uses a different bolt than what is supplied.

worked great, little to no instructions, but went well, great speed control, torque , total quite

I had the old clutch motor and what a bear to try to go slow. This motor made my life a fingers so much happier and safer. Thanks for this

Pulled my clutch motor off and installed this unit. Took maybe an hour. Now I can go from 200/500 spm to 5200 spm with a couple pushes of the button and I have a needle up/needle down option. Great item! The programing sheet that came with it is mostly wrong but I was able to figure it out by playing with it. It actually takes less steps than the sheet shows to adjust things!

This is the best investment you can do if youre running a clutch motor. I bought the 50mm pulley and can slow my stitching to about 2 stitches a second, giving me full control of my stitching. the controller is on the front of my machine, allowing easy access to change speed, the motor is super lightweight, it runs quieter, and doesnt run when you arent sewing. Great Great device.

Really easy to install comes with all parts needed but poor directions so you have to know a little about how things work

Clutch motors are great for the past, but this servo lets you be the Boss of your speed, not the foot pedal .

Unlike other similar motors I order earlier which I have to shortened the old belt to keep going as I'm not sure what length to order new one. The metal clip make a little noise when making bobbin. This motor allow me to use the existing belt, not a big deal but there's advantage over others. I would buy same model if needed.

I bought two (2) for both of my hard to control sewing machine, not no more I have the control and with the needle down control I won’t be pulling out the material under the needle
